The vibration test for medical pen-type injectors according to ISO 11608-1:2012 is a vibration test defined by the requirements and testing methods. In this contract testing service, we evaluate how much packaged goods can withstand vibrations that occur during transportation using a sine wave. The vibration testing machine owned by JBL has a test bench size of 1.2m x 1.2m and can accommodate loads of up to 500kg, making it suitable for large palletized cargo. The latest digital vibration controller is used for control. It is also possible to attach an accelerometer to the test item to observe its behavior. Our testing facility is equipped with multiple vibration testing machines, and we select the appropriate machine based on the size, mass, and testing conditions (such as excitation direction, effective acceleration, frequency range, etc.) of the test samples. (The excitation table has a maximum size of 1500×1500 mm for both vertical and horizontal testing, allowing for large cargo handling. Loading onto the excitation table can be accommodated with forklift operations.) In particular, in the automotive and electrical/electronic industries, it is not uncommon to conduct long-duration continuous vibration tests for packaging and product durability evaluations from the perspective of packaging and product quality assessment during the distribution process.
