The "PXEP-CN" is a multifunctional motion control board equipped with our proprietary pulse generation software "PGS" and is compatible with EtherCAT communication. We have published some of the verified sub-devices that connect with the PCI Express compatible EtherCAT master "PXEP-CN," equipped with Cosmotex's proprietary pulse generation software "PGS," on Cosmotex's website. We are currently verifying connections with various slave products that have passed the official tests conducted by the EtherCAT Test Center (ETC) certified by ETG. Even if a product is not listed, we can provide verification support for sub-device products that have passed the official tests by the ETC, so please feel free to contact us.

The "EX Series" now features an "API Mode," allowing customers to freely combine five expansion modules according to their requests. The "API Mode" encapsulates commands for operating the motor control LSI into API functions, consolidating operational parameters and functionalities into predefined API functions. In addition to speed and movement amount settings, the EX Series can achieve the same functionalities as the USB-compatible motor controllers in the USPG-R series, including gantry control, arch motion, and vibration control.

The EtherCAT communication dedicated Main device "PXEP-CN" is an EtherCAT-compatible Main device equipped with the pulse generation software "PGS," which was independently developed by Cosmotex, and it is a multifunctional motion controller. It emits output signals at specified positions, actual positions, or at arbitrary timings. Control is performed using the positional information from the pulse generation software "PGS," allowing for signal output without relying on external environments, thus eliminating the need for sensor input. In bonding devices, impacts can occur due to overshoot during stopping, which may damage components. This is the "Interpolation Control Function" available in the series equipped with the unique development of Cosmotex, 'PGS (Pulse Generation Software)'. Within PGS, interpolation data can be recorded up to a maximum of 5000 steps, allowing for changes to the interpolation data during operation, modifications and corrections to the target position, and temporary pauses in interpolation operations at any time. Equipped with the Cosmotex product 'PMC842SR'. It has a lineup of 2-axis to 4-axis configurations, and the motor control functions are equivalent to those of a PCI board. You can select the optimal control mode according to your usage purpose, equipment specifications, and software development environment. ■API Mode This mode has pre-built API structures for operational parameters and functions. It includes standard features such as speed and movement amount settings, gantry control, arch motion, and vibration control, making it easy to use. Additionally, sample applications with source code that can be operated in real conditions are provided. ■Buffer Mode The USPG-R series frequently exchanges data with applications. In this mode, based on the API mode, you can send a certain amount of motion data created on a PC to the board in advance, enabling continuous operation. This is a 4-axis integrated 5-phase stepping driver that enables the connection of commercially available 5-phase stepping motors to the RealTimeExpress (RTEX) servo network. A hybrid motion controller compatible with RealTimeExpress (RTEX) that also supports pulse train output. It can be connected to Panasonic Corporation's MINAS series RTEX amplifiers, enabling reduced wiring and improved efficiency in motor control.
