Steatite for insulation materials used in environments below 1000°C.

Steatite is relatively inexpensive and has excellent machinability. We can handle everything from raw material procurement to manufacturing, accommodating everything from a single prototype to mass production!

"Steatite" is primarily used as an insulator in environments below 1000°C. It has superior mechanical strength and electrical insulation compared to ordinary porcelain, making it possible to manufacture high-precision components. Due to its relatively low cost and good machinability, it is also effective as an alternative for various machinable ceramic parts, such as small quantities. Our company conducts consistent manufacturing from material procurement to production at the raw material factory. We respond to requests such as "The machine parts I am currently using are discontinued and cannot be procured" and "I want you to make it in shapes, strengths, and specifications that are not possible with existing products." Examples of applications: ■ Automotive parts ■ Industrial equipment ■ Heating devices ■ Lighting equipment ■ Infrastructure facilities, etc. *For more details, please download the materials or contact us.

High-performance material "Machinable Ceramics" ideal for prototyping and development.

[Free sample currently available] Quick response and cost reduction for processing is possible! Since mold production and firing are not required, you can obtain the desired shape in a short delivery time.

Machinable ceramics, despite being ceramics, do not require molds for part production. Due to their machinability, they can achieve complex and fine shapes compared to conventional ceramic materials, while keeping processing costs low. Of course, they also possess the heat resistance and dimensional stability characteristic of ceramics. We solve the common challenges associated with high-performance materials through our extensive application track record and material options! If you are having trouble selecting materials for ceramics or high-performance resins, please feel free to contact us.

High-strength boron nitride 'ZSBN' lasts five times longer than conventional BN.

Machinable ceramics that are resistant to wetting by metals and have excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance! For materials used in melting and powder production in a vacuum furnace!

"ZSBN" is a composite material developed for demanding applications that require a combination of thermal shock resistance, high wear resistance, excellent moisture resistance, and corrosion resistance. It combines the strength and wear resistance of zirconia with the thermal performance and machinability of hot-pressed boron nitride, making it particularly suitable for applications involving molten metals where wear resistance and thermal conductivity are essential. ZSBN nozzles are made from solids processed by hot pressing micron-sized particles, achieving a very smooth finish and strict tolerances. 【Features】 ■ Low wettability with metals (examples of compatible metals: Al, Fe/Ni/Co, Fe, Au, Ag, Cu) ■ Excellent wear and corrosion resistance (stable particle size contributes to increased yield) ■ No mold required (suitable for experiments involving shape changes in development furnaces) ■ Can accommodate large sizes (150×480×480mm) ■ Easy machinability (easy to secure tolerances, suitable for fine hole nozzle machining) ■ Excellent thermal shock resistance (3.4–4.1×10^-6 /K (RT to 400℃)) ■ High strength (bending strength 107–144MPa, approximately 5 times that of high-purity BN) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
