Wonderfree: A compact, low-cost continuous generation device for microbubbles.
Horus's Wonderfree is a simple and low-failure mechanism that generates continuously 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, using a high-speed swirling and shearing method of gas-liquid mixing.
The microbubble generator "Wandafuri" developed and sold by Horus is a latecomer in the field of microbubble generation devices, and we have thoroughly considered the strengths and weaknesses of previously released equipment in its development. Many generation devices are pressure-based, and taking into account the disadvantages such as the rise in water temperature due to heating of the pressure tank and difficulty in continuous generation, we adopted a different principle of generation (a stable microbubble generation method using ultra-high-speed rotation and shearing of gas-liquid mixing). It can continuously generate stable microbubbles for hours, has a high discharge volume despite its compact size, and boasts a robust mechanism and equipment that are resistant to breakage. Additionally, both installation and operation are very simple, and in actual usage scenarios, issues like air intake (where air enters the water supply inlet and stops the machine) can be automatically recovered immediately without interrupting work. The safety features are also well-designed, allowing for quick recovery from water intake loss, with various considerations for practical usability in real-world settings. Furthermore, the initial machines produced at the start of experiments have been operating smoothly for over five years without repairs, and the pump body, which is likely to break, is manufactured by Kawamoto Seisakusho, with repair services available nationwide.
