In valve products for semiconductors and medical applications, burrs tend to occur at the junctions between holes, making them difficult to remove due to their occurrence in deep areas. However, through the development of cutting tools and optimization of processing conditions, we have established burr-free processing for the junctions of valve inner diameters.
