We will recycle water and metals through collection and retrieval!

This is a recovery and regeneration system for a cylinder-type ion exchange tower that achieves water recovery and metal recovery in water washing processes. Saturated cylinder-type ion exchange towers are collected at our "Resource Center," and the regenerated cylinders are reused repeatedly by users. Components such as heavy metals adsorbed by the ion exchange resin are sorted and regenerated at the "Resource Center," and metals are sent to Yamamoto Refinery as valuable resources to be reused as raw materials for metals. With the equipment enhancement in April 2010, the "Resource Center" has become even more functional, concentrating and purifying chromic acid leachate to the recovery standard for re-resourcing using a chromic acid recovery device. Additionally, copper and nickel, which were traditionally turned into sludge and re-resourced at Yamamoto Refinery, are now recovered as metal foil using a roll-type electrolysis device, achieving improved resource recovery efficiency and reduced waste volume.

LIECHTI ENGINEERING, a member of the Swiss GFM Group, has a long history dating back to its founding in 1865 and has been producing lathes and milling machines for many years. Since the completion of the first 4-spindle/5-axis controlled turbine blade machining center, MULTIMILL, in 1985, the company has specialized all its production models for machining turbine blades, blisks, and impellers, continuing to this day. This machine is suitable for rough and finish machining of complex shapes, mold making in propeller and turbine blade factories, and manufacturing of aircraft engine parts (integrated parts). The unique arrangement of each axis has been designed to meet the different dynamic requirements of each axis through optimal mass distribution. The mass is minimized on the axis with the greatest dynamic demand. Furthermore, when pivoting the milling spindle, the adjustment of the linear axis to achieve the same contact point on the workpiece is minimized. As a result, excellent dynamic characteristics are achieved, enabling high-precision machining at high feed rates. It has also been characterized by not requiring program modifications when using tools of different lengths.

High-Speed Bar Machining Center MGP150

A processing equipment that can automatically perform a series of required processes from milling, drilling, to trimming!

MGP is a processing equipment specialized in machining long aluminum extrusions, such as stringers, which are aircraft components. It is capable of automatically performing a series of required processes, including milling, drilling, and trimming. The aluminum extrusions used in aircraft come in various cross-sections, such as T-shape, H-shape, and Z-shape, but the Auto Reverse function allows for completion of processing in one cycle. Currently, gantry-type processing machines require a large number of clamps and fixtures to accommodate different shapes, which takes considerable time for workpiece setup. However, by using and sharing manufacturer-developed jigs, setup changes can be made in a short time with only program modifications. ■ Features The spindle moves only in the Z-axis and Y-axis directions, while the X-axis direction is fixed. Chuck 2 and Chuck 3, located on the inside of the chuck, move only for workpiece clamping/unclamping and rotation, with the X-axis direction fixed. Chuck 1 and Chuck 4 feed the workpiece in the X-axis direction. Since the workpiece is always supported by three or more chucks during processing, high precision can be achieved.
