Introducing a case study on the introduction of a deforming pump for the transport of miso!
Here is an example of the transfer of miso in the field of seasoning liquids.
To prevent foreign matter contamination, a pipeline-type metal inspection device was introduced. However, due to the influence of bubbles contained in the transfer liquid, it was not possible to increase the sensitivity of the metal detection, resulting in the inability to detect the desired size of metal for removal.
Therefore, by using a deforming pump, the liquid was sent while removing bubbles, which increased the sensitivity of the metal detection and demonstrated sufficient performance. Additionally, by removing the bubbles in the liquid, oxidation was prevented, and the quality of the transfer liquid improved.
【Case Overview】
■ Purpose: Transfer filling through metal inspection from the tank
■ Type: Two-axis screw pump with defoaming function, VQ type
■ Liquid Name: Miso
■ Issues: Unable to detect the desired size of metal for removal
■ Improvements: By using a deforming pump, the liquid was sent while removing bubbles, which increased the sensitivity of the metal detection and demonstrated sufficient performance.
