We would like to introduce a case where the electronic contract service "WAN-Sign" was implemented at Tokiha Co., Ltd., which operates a department store. The company concludes approximately 1,700 "limited-time event contracts" with business partners every three months, and the responsible buyers create the contract documents. The internal approval process for event contracts has a long lead time, often taking until just before the start of the transaction, making it cumbersome to inquire about the progress with each department. After the implementation, traditional paper and seal contracts were replaced with a paperless system, eliminating costs and tasks associated with contract creation, thereby reducing both direct and indirect costs.
