The bag industry is changing with high-frequency processing!

In the bag industry, radio frequency heating using high frequency is being utilized. Here, we would like to introduce some aspects of that technology.

The technology of radio frequency heating using high frequency is widely used in the bag industry. High frequency radio wave heating is a technique that allows for welding at the molecular level without directly adding heat to the material. Even if the fabric surface is printed or has complex patterns processed on it, welding can be achieved without heating the surface, thus preserving the texture of the surface. Additionally, since cooling can be done without opening the material after heating, there is minimal shrinkage of the fabric, allowing for the difficult process of marking to be performed. Characteristics of high frequency processing: 1. The desired processing can be easily achieved by simply changing the mold. 2. There is no wasted time as the cooling process can be initiated immediately after the heating process. 3. Heating can be done while preserving the texture of the product surface.
