Free membership registrationWe received a consultation from Company J, a major steel manufacturer, stating that "the gear pump breaks down immediately, and we are in trouble." Upon checking the fluid, we found that they were transferring high-temperature (90°C) high-viscosity oil with the gear pump. Additionally, they mentioned that a small amount of slurry (iron powder) inevitably gets mixed in, leading us to conclude that the slurry was causing the gear pump failures. We proposed the ADD type air diaphragm pump, and after they used a demo unit, it was adopted. Customers who frequently experience gear pump failures are encouraged to consider this solution. [Case Details] - Delivery: Company J, a major steel manufacturer - Application: Transfer of high-temperature slurry-contaminated viscous liquid (oil) - Model: ADD-15-AL-TST *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe received a request from a major convenience store bread manufacturing factory stating, "We would like to transport custard cream." Initially, we proposed only a pump, but the order expanded to include liquid level control, as the system would stop when the hopper at the destination reached full liquid level. Since the custard cream is nearly solid due to low-temperature transport, we selected the sanitary air diaphragm pump SB series for the transport pump. Non-contact sensors were used for liquid level control, monitoring and controlling the custard cream's liquid level from two points. The lightweight and compact design was well-received, and it was praised for being easy to disassemble and clean. Additionally, we were delighted to hear that the fact that "even though we are a pump manufacturer, we can handle everything" was a decisive factor for choosing H2. We would be grateful if customers considering stringent fluid transport could contact us. [Case Details] ■ Delivery: Major convenience store bread manufacturing factory in Saitama Prefecture ■ Application: Transport of custard cream (with control) ■ Model: Sanitary diaphragm pump SB type *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe received a request from a stainless steel processing factory regarding their newly installed acid washing equipment, expressing the need to neutralize the wastewater. The installation space was very limited, and the neutralization process involved strong acid (pH 2-3), but we designed a two-stage treatment (neutralization tank to discharge tank) to save space. In the case of acid washing wastewater, especially since it was indoors, we were concerned about the strong acid atmosphere, so all the frames were made of stainless steel. We also adopted the HTX model from H2 for the chemical injection pump used to inject caustic soda. [Case Details] ■ Delivery: Stainless steel processing factory ■ Application: Neutralization treatment of acid washing wastewater ■ Specifications: 200L/batch *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationA chemical manufacturer consulted us, saying, "We want to transfer high-viscosity slurry that is difficult to handle with the existing tube pump." Given the conditions of high viscosity (approximately 1,000 mPa·s), high cleaning and disinfection properties, and the possibility of use at high temperatures (90°C), we proposed the sanitary single-screw pump INP-PCS. After delivery, the user provided feedback stating, "We had a prototype project with a viscosity that could not be pumped with the existing tube pump, and it performed well. When we conducted tests to verify the pulsation prevention effect compared to the tube pump, we found that the instantaneous flow rate was very stable, and we were able to obtain data showing an improvement in product yield," which we received as high praise. In cases like this, the single-screw pump excels in environments that require high precision for transferring high-viscosity slurry. [Case Details] - Delivery: Chemical manufacturer in the Kansai region - Application: Transfer of high-viscosity slurry (approximately 1,000 mPa·s) - Model: NP-PCS012 (Sanitary single-screw pump) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationA major chemical plant requested us to devise a system that automatically transfers and replenishes caustic soda to maintain a constant concentration within a large scrubber when the pH drops. Since a pH meter is installed on the scrubber side, we configured the system to incorporate that signal into our device, activating the transfer when the concentration decreases. The user commonly uses Iwaki's metering pumps, so we incorporated Iwaki pumps as the transfer pumps, as they are familiar with their maintenance and operability. Additionally, we received many requests regarding safety, so we installed a drain pan to prevent leaks from the caustic soda storage tank and a leak sensor within the drain pan to detect any leaks. Free membership registrationWe received a request from a cosmetics factory in Western Japan stating, "We would like to transport mud pack materials." The viscosity was around 2000 mPa·s, and we confirmed the performance with a demo unit. Additionally, we received requests regarding the optional lifter, and we were able to meet all the various requests before delivery. The pump was selected to be air-driven, and the equipment was configured to operate and stop using a solenoid valve. Furthermore, we incorporated an "automatic operation" feature that receives a stop signal from the hopper at the pump's destination and stops automatically. Having an operation panel on the lifter improved operability on-site and contributed to increased productivity. 【Case Summary】 ■ Delivery: Cosmetics Factory in Western Japan ■ Application: Transport of mud pack materials (high viscosity) ■ Model: Sanitary High Viscosity Handy Pump HD-850DD-751 *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe would like to introduce a case study of the automatic pH neutralization system we delivered. We received an inquiry from a design office that wanted to neutralize experimental wastewater generated due to new construction. The client was a university in the Chubu region, and they requested treatment for wastewater resulting from experiments related to cement and concrete. Since they were looking for a compact and simple device, we designed it to complete the neutralization in a single tank. Because we were able to hold meetings before the new construction work began, the foundation (concrete) was prepared perfectly, and the handover of operations from the design company went smoothly. Our company has a system in place that allows for appropriate proposals and the realization of our customers' "wants" through collaboration between sales and design. Please feel free to contact us when you need our services. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe received a request from a certain surface treatment factory in the Tokai region, stating, "We want to keep the manganese phosphate solution in a clean state at all times." This involves the circulation filtration of what is commonly known as bonding solution. Due to the high temperature and corrosive nature of the liquid, the components are made of SUS material. Additionally, we designed the system to perform rough filtration followed by precise filtration using a single unit and pump, which was adopted. At H2, we can design and manufacture recovery filtration systems tailored to our customers' sites. In this case, we also handle installation and piping on the tank side, so we can carry out the construction as well. Customers facing issues with recovery filtration are encouraged to contact us. [Case Overview] ■ Delivery: Surface treatment factory in the Tokai region ■ Application: Sludge circulation filtration for manganese phosphate tank ■ Model: ADD-25-SS and others *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe received a request from a concrete factory in the Chubu region stating, "We would like to neutralize the wastewater generated from washing concrete trucks." Upon further inquiry, we learned that while there is an existing sedimentation tank, there is no neutralization equipment. They were urgently considering this matter due to a notice from the authorities. Therefore, we proposed a flow where the supernatant from the existing sedimentation tank would be neutralized and then discharged. Since the sedimentation tank has a strong alkaline condition, we suggested using a corrosion-resistant submersible pump of the LC type and installed electrodes for liquid level control to ensure only the supernatant is drawn. This matter involved multiple documents due to the authorities' notice, but our company supported the submission of these documents, allowing us to clear the issues without any problems. [Case Overview] ■ Client: Chubu Ready-Mixed Concrete Factory ■ Supplied Product: Automatic pH Neutralization Device ■ Application: pH neutralization treatment of concrete wastewater (including rainwater) *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationIn fluid transfer, it is important to consider three main aspects: the characteristics of the fluid to be transferred (fluid information), the selection of equipment that meets the desired conditions (equipment selection), and the compatibility with the site (external factors). Among these, "fluid information" requires careful consideration of various factors such as the fluid's special properties, viscosity, specific gravity, corrosiveness, and temperature when making selections. This document focuses on temperature and corrosion resistance, summarizing cases of fluid transfer at temperatures above 50°C, which are considered difficult with standard products. We invite you to read it. [Published Cases (Excerpt)] ■ Up to 80°C - Major steelworks in the Kanto region - Major food factories - Automotive parts factories - Recycling plants *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationIn the pump transfer operation, IN/OUT is essential. Broadly speaking, there are submersible pumps and surface pumps, but submersible pumps mainly operate while submerged in the fluid, so they generally do not have self-priming capabilities. On the other hand, self-priming pumps are mostly found in surface pumps, and they are equipped with check valves or mechanisms that serve that purpose near the pump's interior or suction inlet. Pumps that have the ability to draw in fluid are collectively referred to as self-priming pumps. This document summarizes fluids that were actually self-primed by H2's self-priming pumps, as well as fluids that can operate under conditions close to self-priming. Please take a moment to read it. [Contents (partial)] ■ Machine oil ■ Ceramic slurry ■ Polymer coagulants *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationThe size of the urea raw material is almost uniform for each particle, but it can clump together due to moisture, leading to various forms of lumps during transportation. Therefore, we proposed the use of a conveyor belt for transportation. After evaluating the costs, delivery times, and responsiveness, our proposal was accepted. The equipment is basically automatic, and after attaching the FIBC (Flexible Intermediate Bulk Container), it starts the division of 1000 kg (which can be changed as needed) simply by turning on the power. However, to eliminate the need for operators to manipulate controls in front of the control panel, we also added a remote control for ON/OFF functionality. 【Case Overview】 ■ Consultation Content: We want to divide urea (powder) into FIBCs. ■ Proposal - Transportation via conveyor belt - Added remote control for ON/OFF to eliminate the need for operators to manipulate controls in front of the control panel - Considered safety by placing emergency stop buttons in various locations on the equipment - Ensured that emergency stops can also be activated via the remote control *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe received an inquiry from a national university hospital asking for assistance with wastewater treatment related to boiler updates. An existing pH automatic neutralization system was already installed, but it was quite old and is currently not in use. We proposed a pH automatic neutralization treatment system that takes into account the existing piping line. To enable neutralization at high temperatures, we designed the neutralization tank and discharge tank using heat-resistant resin, and ensured that all components in contact with the liquid, including the pH electrode, are made of heat-resistant materials for safe use. [Case Overview] ■ Inquiry: Request for assistance with wastewater treatment related to boiler updates ■ Proposal - pH automatic neutralization treatment system considering the existing piping line - Proposal also includes liquid level control for the pit where wastewater flows in - Neutralization tank and discharge tank designed with heat-resistant resin to allow neutralization at high temperatures - All components made of heat-resistant materials for safe use *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe received an inquiry from an automobile manufacturer who wants to process battery waste liquid generated during disassembly and inspection. The battery waste liquid is highly acidic and contains lead, so we discussed in detail how to handle these materials in a limited indoor space. Upon further inquiry into the manufacturer's battery disassembly operations, it was revealed that they are also considering updating the workbench itself. We proposed solutions for the workbench and disassembly table to enable primary neutralization. Since we handled the removal and installation of the existing setup entirely, we completed the project without burdening the manufacturer or trading company, achieving neutralization without the use of toxic substances. It was a challenging job in terms of space and workflow, but the key factor in securing the order was the confidence that 'everything can be entrusted to H2.' [Case Details] ■ Client: Automobile Manufacturer ■ Purpose: Automatic pH neutralization treatment of wastewater containing lead from batteries ■ Specifications: Approximately 200L/Hr *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
