The precise continuity of micro interpolation is the essence of motion control!

Continuous path motion is a fundamental performance requirement for motion controllers, and in precision motion control, it is a crucial point that can be considered its essence. It can be rephrased as the accurate continuity of multi-axis interpolation. Accurate continuous interpolation means "no positional error; the trajectory is precise" and "no velocity error; the speed and time are as specified." Fine and high-precision movements consist of a series of very small vectors. In processes such as machining, polishing, and winding, it is necessary to accurately maintain a large number of small interpolations continuously. The operation (processing) time T for one interpolation is determined by the feed speed F and the interpolation length L, where T = L/F. There is a limit to how small this time can be, beyond which the motion controller's control cannot keep up. This is why the minimum time for accurately continuous processing of small interpolations serves as a performance indicator for motion controllers. Techno's motion controllers can achieve continuous interpolation with a control cycle as short as 125 μsec. Equipped with a regulator, it enables easy and inexpensive local control through connection with sensors.

The proportional solenoid valve allows for multi-stage control based on arbitrary opening settings. This enables simultaneous upgrades and miniaturization of devices. Our proportional solenoid valves possess high rangeability, accuracy, hysteresis, and linearity. For example, there are many cases where the same model of proportional solenoid valve can be used for two devices with different required flow rates. Additionally, by using a proportional solenoid valve and flow sensor separately in areas currently using mass flow controllers, significant cost reductions can be achieved. Furthermore, using the controller Type 8611 equipped with a pressure gauge allows for easy local control of pressure loops, flow loops, and more. Particularly in the element development stage, the aforementioned simple loops enable verification of the usefulness and operation of the proportional solenoid valve without the need to create a foundation.
