The company had been manually handling the entry reception, which led to a chronic backlog of trucks waiting for reception. After the implementation, the reception was automated, allowing the previously time-consuming process of over 5 minutes to be completed in just 10 seconds while the registered vehicles remained in the car. This significantly reduced the burden not only on the drivers but also on the security personnel.
