This is a system that monitors the condition of gas cylinders (remaining pressure, pressure) and remotely supplies or stops the gas from the cylinders, as well as automatically switches between connected cylinders.

This system monitors the condition (remaining pressure, pressure) of gas cylinders installed in the gas cylinder storage and allows for remote supply and stop of gas from the cylinders, as well as automatic switching between connected cylinders. We provide a gas cylinder inventory management system to many customers that are stored in factories and similar locations. Utility gases, known as standard gases, are used in large quantities in analyzers that measure exhaust gases from automobiles and general-purpose engines. To avoid unexpected situations where tests stop due to insufficient gas supply, it is required that the management department personnel or users regularly visit the gas cylinder storage to check the remaining pressure of the cylinders and reduce the effort involved in replacing or ordering cylinders. This system has a function to display the remaining pressure of the cylinders and issue alarms in case of abnormalities, and it is composed of an alarm panel, gas pressure monitoring, and a large monitor as shown in the schematic diagram. If necessary, a cylinder ordering system can also be incorporated.
