The gearbox installed inside the wind turbine experiences severe oil oxidation degradation, leading to damage to the tooth surfaces and bearings.

The gearbox (gearbox) installed in wind turbines uses gear oil, but since it constantly splashes oil, oxidation deterioration is very severe. On the walls of the gearbox, there is a layer of oxidized degradation material more than 1mm thick, and oxidized degradation material also adheres to the gear tooth surfaces. The oxidized substances in the oil have a viscosity similar to glue, causing them to stick to metal wear particles, leading to troubles and damage in various parts.
