We propose cost reduction from the overall perspective of product manufacturing costs using surface treatment.

We aim to create competitive products by reducing total manufacturing costs without compromising current specifications. We will eliminate the disadvantages of existing materials and surface treatments. With zinc-nickel alloy plating, the processing temperature is around 20°C, which eliminates the risk of deformation due to heat in thin sheet products. Since it is electroplating, there is no sagging of the plating film, ensuring a uniform coating. Due to its thin film, gauge quality is high, and thickness can be managed widely from 3 to 12 μm to match specifications and products. We achieve short lead times equivalent to zinc plating, and masking is unnecessary. The thin film also stabilizes gauge quality, demonstrating high corrosion resistance across the entire product perimeter, and by including 15% nickel, surface hardness is increased. It maintains strength even under repeated fitting. We recommend using inexpensive steel plates as the material. Dramatic cost reductions are achieved with zinc-nickel alloy plating!! Galvalume 55 refers to a 55% Al-Zn coating that has 55% aluminum added to improve the corrosion resistance of hot-dip galvanized (zinc-coated) materials. It exhibits extremely excellent corrosion resistance. The reason for this is the high corrosion resistance of the composite corrosion products of aluminum and zinc, as well as the sacrificial corrosion protection effect of zinc, which dissolves to protect iron from rust. It has 5 to 20 times the corrosion resistance of hot-dip zinc coatings.
