We would like to introduce a case study of the introduction of our laser processing machine "Speedy 100 flexx" to A.T.S Co., Ltd., which manufactures automotive parts and LED lighting. The consideration for the introduction arose from a request from a client who wanted to switch the production of truck side markers, which had previously been manufactured overseas, to domestic production. The domestic partner company that was newly commissioned for molding only had CO2 laser processing machines, which could only engrave the surface of the white resin, making it impossible to see the small lot numbers. Therefore, we introduced the Trotec flexx type, which is equipped with both fiber and CO2 lasers in one machine. This allowed for clear printing of characters smaller than 1mm, thereby expanding our range of work. [OEM Product Manufacturer/Case Study] Product Development Without the Cost of Molds

The introduction of a laser processing machine that can be easily mastered by designers and salespeople has greatly expanded the scope of manufacturing.

We would like to introduce a case study of the introduction of our laser processing machine "Speedy 300" at Bitt Co., Ltd., a manufacturer of miscellaneous goods items. The company was planning and developing OEM products for other companies, designing them, and manufacturing them using molds at cooperative factories in China and domestically. However, this method required expensive mold costs, and it took time and money to create samples for customer proposals. After introducing the Trotec Speedy 300, they switched to producing on-demand goods that do not require molds. We would like to introduce a case study of the introduction of Trotec's laser processing machine at Toya Woodworking Co., Ltd. The company, which processes various wooden products including Hakone marquetry, introduced the "Speedy 300" (30W) to start engraving letters for items such as ryokan signs and room keys. They currently own a total of three machines from the "Speedy series." Students use for 'making parts for architectural model production'! Case study of laser processing machine introduction.

In April 2022, Otemon Gakuin University established a new major in the Faculty of Literature called "Aesthetics and Architectural Culture," utilizing the Trotec laser cutting machine "Speedy 400" for the production of architectural models. Laser cutting is primarily used for model materials such as wood and paper, and a key advantage is the ability to cut multiple small accessories (miniature-sized people, plants, furniture, etc. that accompany the model) at once. Additionally, the laser software "Ruby" is standardly equipped, allowing for direct import of graphic data, which enables speedy processing of parts. By simply converting hand-drawn images to PDF and importing them, laser processing can be easily done, resulting in immediate shapes.
