By teaching the arm movements for a workpiece that has visual information registered as a master, it enables the robot to follow movements even if the position or posture of the workpiece changes, by correcting the robot's reference posture (coordinates). Conventional robot teaching involved installing some form of positioning equipment to prevent the workpiece from shifting, while using a teaching pendant to jog the movements and provide path instructions. The flow sensor features a liquid rotor with an outer wheel design, where the rotor and electronics can be visually confirmed and are packaged within a compact, panel-mountable housing. It provides an accurate flow rate as an electrical output, allows for visual confirmation of flow, and is economical. Typical flow sensor applications include: - Water purification and water distribution systems - Chemical dosing devices and semiconductor processing equipment - Testing of water injection systems and water delivery systems - Ensuring appropriate processing, mixing, and distribution operations in laser and welding equipment, coolers, and heat exchangers. Signal output: The voltage output of the RFO type flow sensor is an on/off pulse of the DC voltage supplied to the unit.
