MotionCatch | Monitoring Sensor for Senior Housing and Rentals SE
A monitoring sensor that can detect changes in single residents non-contactly, allowing for quick awareness of any emergencies. It can be retrofitted to existing properties without the need for cameras or construction.

"MotionCatch" is a monitoring sensor that combines millimeter-wave radar and AI. It detects only "anomalies" without using cameras and without any video recording, ensuring that residents' lives are not intruded upon. 【For enhancing safety checks and monitoring】 ■ Detects and notifies when there is no movement for an extended period ■ Early detection of falls and sudden changes in condition ■ Monitors presence/absence, entry and exit, as well as breathing and heart rates 【For increasing property value】 ■ Differentiates rental offerings as "monitored housing" ■ Compact size, no construction needed (USB powered, Wi-Fi) allows for easy retrofitting to existing properties ■ Easy restoration to original condition upon tenant departure Detection data is analyzed by cloud-based AI and notified to management companies' PCs and smartphones.
