We would like to introduce a case study on the collaboration between XYθ plane parallel mechanism control and image processing. In the XYθ plane parallel mechanism, three-axis parallel control is essential. Conventional servo controllers lack the functionality for mechanism transformation and could not issue operation commands in the orthogonal system of XYθ. This challenge was addressed with the one-board motion controller "SLM4000." By incorporating dedicated mechanism transformation processing within this product, we achieved command execution in the orthogonal system (XYθ), allowing for advantages such as utilization as an automated machine through G-code and Techno language. Please consider the SUB-20, a 1.2V compatible USB-connected MDIO bus controller. It includes a USB cable, MDIO cable, DB9 connector, and more, allowing you to connect it to a Windows PC and use it quickly. When dealing with communication buses like MDIO, it is recommended to use a bus analyzer in conjunction. Even though it is low-speed, if you're not careful, you can easily lose 1 or 2 days. Currently, we are offering a special price for the MDIO protocol analyzer when purchased simultaneously. Using an analyzer from the development stage to observe waveforms and data can be helpful during troubleshooting and can lead to improved development efficiency and quality.
