Sterilization Grade Air Filter "(P)-SRF-X"
Process filters for sterilization filtration under extreme conditions of compressed air and gases used in processes.
The (P)-SRF X, a PTFE filter material that is essentially hydrophobic and has a highly porous membrane structure, was developed for sterilizing filtration under extreme conditions of compressed air and gases used in processes. It meets the advanced requirements of the food and beverage industry (dairy products, food processing, soft drinks) as well as the pharmaceutical industry, ensuring safe use even under very harsh operating conditions. To ensure the integrity of products and processes, it efficiently retains bacteria, viruses, and particles down to 3 nm (nanometers). Its robust mechanical performance, capable of withstanding high temperatures, contributes to minimizing production downtime and maintenance costs. It is suitable for sterilization processes using VPHP (vapor-phase hydrogen peroxide) and ozone. The retention rates are over 99.9999998% at 0.2µm and over 99.999999% at 0.02µm. The depth filter media is non-fiber-releasing and complies with the FDA (Food and Drug Administration) requirements for indirect food contact, "CFR Title 21 (211.72 latest version)" and "(EC) No. 1935/2004."
