Vacuum generator (pad direct-mounted ejector) SEAC-RP

High-speed, energy-saving vacuum ejector!

The SEAC-RP series vacuum ejector is a compact ejector equipped with a vacuum break function and air-saving function, in addition to its basic role as a vacuum generator. Developed with the intention of being mounted on vacuum pads, it is small and lightweight, reducing the burden on transport systems. It can also perform vacuum breaking through the supply of compressed air, allowing for suction and vacuum breaking to occur near the pad, which can shorten cycle times. Additionally, it stops air supply when a certain pressure is reached, significantly reducing air consumption. The on/off values for the air-saving function can also be adjusted using screws on the ejector body. For more details, please contact us or refer to the catalog.

Vacuum generator (compact ejector) SCPi, SMPi

Status checks and configuration changes can be made from outside!

The compact ejectors of the SCPi and SMPi series are compact ejectors compatible with IO-Link. They allow for integration with existing field buses and PLC communication, enabling parameter setting changes, status checks, system management, and quick responses from remote locations. Models with stronger vacuum breaking capabilities that contribute to shorter cycle times (SMPi type) and models equipped with air-saving functions that reduce air consumption (RD type) are also available. The polarity (NPN, PNP) can be changed on the ejector side. Additionally, due to their filterless structure, filter replacement is not necessary. For more details, please contact us or refer to the catalog.

Vacuum generator (compact ejector) SXP, SXMP

Equipped with a self-diagnosis function, it detects malfunctions before system shutdown!

The Compact Ejector SXP and SXMP series have been renewed in 2013 with the addition of supply pressure monitoring functions and IO-Link compatible models (SXPi, SXMPi series). If you would like a brochure for the new series, please feel free to contact us. The Compact Ejector SXP and SXMP series are high-performance compact ejectors equipped with self-diagnosis functions. They monitor the time variation of vacuum pressure and perform self-diagnosis of the vacuum circuit's condition. If air leaks or circuit blockages are detected from the diagnosis results, the circuit status is communicated through indicator lamps or external signal outputs. (In the new SXPi and SXMPi series, more detailed value checks and setting changes can be performed.) They come standard with an air-saving function and a valve protection function (safety measure function) that automatically releases the air-saving function according to the number of valve switches, allowing for continuous suction transport while minimizing valve wear. They also excel in waterproof and dustproof capabilities, making them usable in environments with a protection level of IP65. For more details, please contact us or refer to the catalog.
