High-temperature water disinfection with heat-resistant submersible pumps!

●I want to use the hot water from the Japanese kettle in a separate process. In the sake brewery, there is a vessel called "Koshiki," which is used for soaking rice and steaming it with steam generated from below. It plays an important role in the sake-making process. The Koshiki is placed on top of a Japanese kettle filled with boiling water for steaming. The hot water from that kettle can be reused in subsequent processes, but until now, the submersible pumps had a low heat resistance, often stopping during use. ●Heat-resistant submersible pumps are effective for hot water sterilization. By using the heat-resistant submersible pump JCV series, it has become easy to make effective use of hot water. (The photo above shows the JCV type heat-resistant submersible pump being placed into the Japanese kettle.) To avoid compromising the flavor, disinfection with detergents is not used, and in sake breweries where hot water sterilization is mainstream, the hot water from the Japanese kettle is used for hot water sterilization in various locations.

Transport of alkaline high-temperature wastewater

● Adopted for the transport of alkaline high-temperature wastewater We received an inquiry about high-temperature water transport from a major steelworks, and they chose our heat-resistant water pump, the JCV series. Due to the alkaline nature of the wastewater, it is made entirely of stainless steel, and it successfully cleared the silica-based SS concentration without any issues. Liquid specifications: pH 12.5, SS = 50 ppm (silica-based SS), liquid temperature 70°C ● Short delivery times for different voltages are also possible The request was for 440V three-phase, and we can accommodate it with the usual delivery time for all-stainless steel. While other companies' 440V pumps may take about three months for delivery, H2, which specializes in manufacturing heat-resistant water pumps, can ship in about half that time. If customers are struggling with poor delivery times when their pumps from other manufacturers fail, please feel free to consult us.

●Quantitative Injection of Liquid Fertilizer We received an order for a liquid fertilizer mixing unit from an agricultural equipment manufacturer to quantitatively inject liquid fertilizer. Previously, the amount of liquid fertilizer injected by other manufacturers was inconsistent, leading to variations in dilution rates. However, by switching to our quantitative pump, the injection amount has become significantly stable, allowing for precise control over the dilution rate of the liquid fertilizer, which greatly impacts the crops. ●All Piping and Pressure Gauges Assembled We provided and delivered all piping (50A), pressure gauges, and frames (SS + painted) fully assembled. Previously, this work was done by craftsmen on-site, but by modularizing it, we successfully reduced labor costs and significantly lowered the total cost. The performance, as well as the cost advantages compared to other companies, led to our adoption.

● pH adjustment of manganese phosphate cleaning water We received an order for a chemical dosing pump from a user who is a loyal customer of our air diaphragm pump. Although most of the existing pumps were from other companies, the performance of our air diaphragm pump was recognized, leading to its adoption. It is operating stably for the purpose of injecting caustic soda to neutralize the cleaning water. ● The chemical inlet is equipped with a lock for safety considerations. We also adopted a chemical tank (PVC, 50L) and, at the user's request, the chemical inlet is secured with a lock. We can flexibly accommodate the user's desired dimensions and specifications even for PVC tanks.

Using a magnet pump HT type for transferring urea water (AdBlue)!

● Using HT type for urea water transfer With the upgrade of the specifications of the urea water transfer device that we have been using, we designed and manufactured the device in-house. It was particularly required to have high accuracy for the sale of urea water (AdBlue), and since a flow rate of over 200L/min was desired, we selected the magnetic pump HTX-441P and completed it as a compact device. To prevent erroneous detection of the flow meter due to air mixing, we devised the piping line and placed multi-joints in various locations for easy maintenance. A strainer was installed to prevent foreign matter contamination, as this is for the urea water used in truck SCR systems. We incorporated all the requests from the transportation company. ● Designed with consideration for installation on tank trucks, including vibration resistance and heat dissipation For use on tank trucks, we equipped the device with vibration-damping rubber to account for severe vibrations. To achieve stable operation even in harsh outdoor temperatures, we installed louvers near the magnetic pump. A recording device capable of issuing receipts is equipped on the right side of the front of the device. By turning the switch ON, it is possible to easily issue a receipt for the most recent flow rate.

Ceramic slurry is a high-viscosity liquid with particle inclusion, and this time, self-priming capability and pumping capability were also part of the evaluation. We proposed the ADD model air diaphragm pump, which was used on-site. The evaluation was very positive, and the on-site personnel were convinced, leading to its adoption. ● Key factors for adoption by a major chemical company The key factors for adoption were: 1. Initial costs are lower compared to other companies. 2. Flexible response as a manufacturer to special specifications. 3.
