Air-driven diaphragm pumps are self-priming, volumetric change pumps powered by compressed air from a compressor. They are suitable for transferring all types of liquids, including emulsion liquids, slurry liquids, high-viscosity liquids, and explosive chemicals. Applications: Designed for safety, they can be used in explosion-proof facilities, powered by compressed air. They operate at a pressure of 0.2 to 0.7 MPa and can be used with flammable chemicals such as solvents. They are capable of transferring corrosive liquids and are ideal for various liquid transfers of acidic and strongly alkaline chemicals (please select materials with chemical resistance appropriate for the fluid being used). Maintenance is easy, as there are no mechanical seals, eliminating concerns about liquid leakage. The simple structure allows for easy disassembly and maintenance. Being a self-priming pump, it does not require priming water. It has self-priming capability (approximately -5m for water) and can handle air mixing and dry running. Flow rate adjustment is easy and can be controlled by opening and closing piping valves or adjusting the supply air pressure. Even if the valve is closed during operation, the pump will not be damaged. Compatible liquids: Emulsion liquids, slurry liquids, high-viscosity liquids, explosive chemicals, etc. Compatible liquid temperature: 0°C to 60°C.
