【Case Study】Micro Injection of Neutralizing Agent

Achieving quantitative injection even under severe conditions!

●For the precise injection of small amounts of neutralizing agent (caustic soda). We received an order for a pH automatic neutralization treatment system from Company A, a major glass manufacturer. H2's pH automatic neutralization treatment system is equipped with our own devices, and the quantitative injection pump is also adopted from our company. ●Accurate injection of small amounts below 10 mL/min. The injection of caustic soda required a small amount of injection below 10 mL/min. Additionally, the operation is batch-type, and due to the infrequent nature of the site, responsiveness and recovery in case of air contamination were concerns. H2's quantitative diaphragm pump optimizes the volume change rate of the pump head and the diaphragm shape, achieving both prevention of air lock and quantitative performance, thus enabling precise injection even under severe conditions.

[Delivery Example] Pumping with Liquid Injection Method

Sending "the same amount" of liquid 2 is also cleared!

●Making small-scale sewer pipe work easier We received an inquiry from Company T in the Kanto region, stating, "We want to make the pressure delivery of the chemical solution easier for the chemical injection method aimed at stopping water underground." The chemical solution requires mixing equal amounts of water glass and hardener underground, necessitating corrosion resistance, pressure, and metering capabilities. ●Smaller and lighter than before. Easy to handle! Previously, a large electric diaphragm pump (weighing over 100 kg!) was used, which caused significant difficulties even at simple job sites. However, with H2's air diaphragm pump, it weighs 1/5 of the original, is less than half the size, and can perform the same work as the conventional product. Since it is air-driven by a compressor, it has been rated higher in terms of workability and safety compared to conventional products. The previously concerning "metering capability" was also resolved by adjusting the flow rate at the air input to maintain the same "air supply amount." Mixing the two liquids (in equal amounts) was not an issue either. Cleaning the pump after delivery is also easy, and we received positive feedback in all aspects compared to conventional products.

【Delivery Example】Transfer of Cooling Water

Using a magnet pump type HT for cooling water circulation!

● Due to the failure of an overseas chiller, we received an order for an update of the cooling system. The chiller (made in Italy) used by the customer broke down, and since the repair would incur significant costs, they requested an update of the cooling system, including the chiller. The cooling water is used after the heating process when turning waste plastic into pellets, so overall temperature management and reliable pump transfer were required. ● Using a Magnet Pump HT type for cooling water circulation. The chiller was updated to a Hitachi model, and a Magnet Pump HTX-440 was used for the transfer from the PE cushion tank, the return from the heat exchanger, and the transfer to the cooling tower. It serves as the core of the system due to its durability and reliable transfer capabilities. Additionally, at the customer's request, to regularly maintain against resin pellet blockages, inline strainers were installed in various parts to improve maintainability.

[Delivery Example] Standard delivery response even for different voltage (440V)

The production line has stopped! Can't wait for 1.5 months! Plumbing and electrical work will also be handled by the manufacturer.

● Manufacturing line halted! A competitor's magnetic pump integrated into the existing chiller has failed. Due to the different voltage (440V), we were informed that it would take 1.5 months for delivery, and we received a consultation saying, "The manufacturing line has stopped, and we are in trouble!" With H2's chemical magnetic pump, we can respond to standard delivery times even for different voltages (440V). After selecting a suitable product, the order was placed immediately, and we also received an order for the piping and electrical work associated with the replacement of the competitor's pump. ● Piping and electrical work are also handled by the manufacturer, ensuring speed and quality. In collaboration with our partner company, installation work was carried out on-site immediately after the pump was completed. We faced challenges with piping in a narrow space, but we successfully completed the installation and confirmed that the trial operation adjustments worked without any issues. As in this case, if you are a user facing a failure of a pump with a different voltage and need to restore it as soon as possible, please contact H2.

[Case Study] Circulation Filtration of Bond Liquid (Manganese Phosphate)

There are many failures of the bonding liquid circulation filtration pump!

●Failure of the bonding liquid circulation filtration pump There are many failures of air diaphragm pumps - (The item marked with a red circle in the photo is the defective product.) We received a consultation from the maintenance department, and it was noted that the existing pumps from a certain manufacturer had frequent failures, leading to consideration of switching to the H2 model ADD type. The liquid used is bonding liquid (manganese phosphate) which is high temperature and contains slurry. The flow involved drawing from the bonding tank, passing through filtration, and circulating it. After thorough inquiries with the users, it was found that the valves and valve seats were experiencing significant wear due to the slurry. Additionally, considering that SUS (stainless steel) materials tend to have a relatively longer lifespan, we proposed and adopted a specially designed SUS valve seat. ●For those troubled by failures of other companies' pumps The deciding factors for adoption were: 1. The initial cost is overwhelmingly low. 2. The manufacturer’s ability to flexibly respond to special specifications. 3. The option to verify the lifespan of the ball material against the SUS valve seat. 4. Good maintenance characteristics. These four points were evaluated, leading to the adoption. At H2, we provide liquid contact parts arranged for the site as described above.

[Delivery Example] Transfer of Ad Blue in a Hazardous Area

Transporting AdBlue even in explosion-proof areas!

●Transporting AdBlue in Explosive Areas We want to transport AdBlue quickly and reliably. After receiving inquiries from users, we proposed an air diaphragm pump, which was adopted. - We want to transport from a 1000L storage tank (IBC tank) quickly. - We want self-priming capability and to ensure no residual liquid remains. - We want to transport AdBlue gently without stirring the liquid. - We want to use high-pressure air as the power source so it can be used in explosive areas. - We want the installation to the tank to be simple. All of the above requirements were met, and it was adopted. ●For any inquiries regarding AdBlue pumps and equipment, please feel free to consult us. In explosive areas, electric pumps become explosion-proof and expensive. We want to issue receipts as a simple dispenser. Is there a better pump than the handheld type we are currently using? When it comes to transporting AdBlue, if you have specific ideas but no place to consult, please feel free to reach out to H2!

[Delivery Case] Transport of Fine Ice

I want to transport it without breaking the ice!

●I want to transport delicate ice without breaking it. We received an inquiry from a device manufacturer in Mie Prefecture asking if it was possible to gently transport fine ice using a DC drive. We proposed using the DC type of H2's electric diaphragm pump and promptly conducted a demonstration. ●The ice remains intact. With the pulsation-free diaphragm pump from major manufacturer T, the ice was damaged, and the cost was also high. Initially, Company N had doubts about using a diaphragm pump, but the results of the demonstration were astonishing. Since Company N's device is designed to produce fine ice, it was absolutely essential that the ice not be damaged during transport. However, with the SS model, we were able to transport the ice without any damage at all. Company N expressed their satisfaction, saying, "Costs have decreased, and we are very pleased with the results."

[Case Study] Recovery and Circulation Filtration of Floating Oil with Self-Priming Pump

Using an existing self-priming pump to collect floating oil!

●Recovery of floating oil using a self-priming pump "I would like to recover floating oil using an existing self-priming chemical pump (from another manufacturer)." To meet the customer's request, we modified the float of our floating oil recovery skimmer and delivered it. We attached a custom-made suction inlet and hose attachment to the float, which is floated on the target water, enabling the recovery of oil using a self-priming pump. We were able to meet the request for "as low cost as possible," resulting in a satisfactory outcome for the customer. ●After transfer, filtration and circulation process The user originally had a self-priming filter from Company W, but with the expansion, it became necessary to recover the floating oil in the newly added tank. They were considering reusing the existing self-priming filter (pump) for the expansion to reduce initial costs. However, due to the high price of the float (parts only) from Company W, they consulted with us, and after thorough specification discussions, our solution was adopted.

【Delivery Example】Transporting two liquids with one machine

I want to send different types of liquids with one machine!

●I want to transport different types of liquids with one pump! We received an inquiry from Company T in the Kanto region, stating, "We want to transfer curing agent A and liquid B with one pump." The chemicals need to be mixed in equal amounts, with water glass and curing agent, and it was necessary to ensure corrosion resistance, pressure, and accurate dosing. By welding the connector on the suction and discharge sides of the photo department to seal it, we changed the structure so that the fluid drawn in from one side of the head is discharged alone without merging. ●A site that needed two pumps can now operate with just one! A site that previously used two pumps for transfer can now operate with one, achieving cost reduction and space-saving. There have been no issues due to the single-sided head design, and it is operating smoothly.

Delivery Case: Chemical Transfer Unit (Multipurpose Type)

We have prepared three types of suction inlet shapes! Here are examples of the delivery of a multipurpose liquid transfer unit.

We received an inquiry from a major chemical manufacturing company wanting to transfer the same type of chemical solution from various tanks. Based on the Chemical Magnetic Pump HTX, we manufactured and delivered a custom specification. Since there were three different piping configurations for delivery from the tanks, we prepared three types of suction attachments to facilitate easy connections from various tanks. Instead of being used in a fixed installation, we proposed a design that allows for easy attachment and detachment using couplers, anticipating use at various sites. We refined the specifications so that one pump could be reused for different transfers. By placing the Chemical Magnetic Pump HTX and the piping on a single cart, we made it easier to handle. For transferring chemical solutions to and from tankers, as well as between various tanks, if you want to manage transfers from various sites and tanks with a single pump, please consult with H2. We are happy to manufacture custom specifications as well. [Case Study] ■ Delivery: Major chemical manufacturer ■ Application: Transfer of chemical solutions (from tanker to various tanks and vice versa) ■ Model: HTX type *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Case Study] Transfer of High-Temperature Alkaline Water for Industrial Washing Machines

Space-saving high-temperature water transfer! Introducing a case study of a compact heat-resistant submersible pump.

We received a request from a certain manufacturer in Tokyo stating, "We are looking for a compact heat-resistant submersible pump," and we proposed and were adopted for the JCVH-40 model, which can withstand temperatures of up to 95°C. The application was for constructing a recycling system for wastewater discharged from high-temperature industrial washing machines. The wastewater had a high alkalinity with a pH of about 10.5, containing detergents, but the JCVH was able to handle it. Additionally, the compact size of the JCVH made it a perfect fit for integration into the equipment. The heat-resistant submersible pump JCVH-40 has a space-saving design that can be installed in an area of approximately 300×200. It can also handle a certain level of chemical liquids, making it user-friendly. We also offer models with floats, so customers considering automatic control are encouraged to consult with us. [Delivery Example] Recovery (Extraction) of Lithium Bromide Solution

Lightweight and easy to use! Introducing a case study of a self-priming electric diaphragm pump.

A company specializing in the recovery of LiBr (lithium bromide) used in absorption chillers and heat exchangers in Aichi Prefecture contacted us, stating that they are looking for a pump that can recover lithium bromide solution in a short time. The pump they had been using was an electric double diaphragm pump, which was quite heavy and difficult to handle on-site, so we proposed the "Electric Diaphragm Pump SN Model" and arranged for them to use a demo unit once. They operated the demo unit, including checking the recovery capacity (suction capability) and corrosion resistance (as lithium bromide is a corrosive liquid), and we gathered their feedback. They expressed positive comments such as "It's small, lightweight, and easy to use" and "I was surprised by its power, more than I expected," leading to its adoption on-site. [Case Study] ■ Delivery: A certain company in Aichi Prefecture ■ Application: Extraction of lithium bromide solution from an absorption chiller ■ Model: Electric Diaphragm Pump SN Model *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

【Delivery Example】JCV Type | High-Temperature Water Transfer from Drainage Intermediate Tank

Introducing a case study of the delivery of heat-resistant submersible pumps used in newly established drainage intermediate tanks.

We received an inquiry from a major cosmetics manufacturing plant regarding heat-resistant submersible pumps to be used in a newly established drainage intermediate tank. We also proposed a detachable device, and they adopted two units of "JCV-22-50." Additionally, since they requested water level control, we suggested a heat-resistant float, which was also accepted. They requested a short delivery time (two weeks after order), and upon inquiring about the situation, they mentioned, "Initially, we were proceeding with another company's product, but only the control panel's delivery was on schedule, and we just found out that the pump would not be delivered in time." Therefore, while our standard delivery time is one month after order, we shortened it to two weeks. We also provided advice on compatibility with other companies' control panels, and together with the timely delivery, we were able to meet their satisfaction. Customers considering heat-resistant submersible pumps are encouraged to contact us. [Case Study] ■ Delivery: Major cosmetics manufacturing plant ■ Application: Transfer of high-temperature water from drainage intermediate tank ■ Model: JCV-22-80 x 2 units (with detachable device) * For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Case Study] JCV Type | High-Temperature Water Transfer of CIP Alkaline Cleaning Wastewater

The deciding factors are delivery time and price! Here we introduce a case study of a heat-resistant submersible pump made entirely of SUS316.

We received a request from a major food company looking for a "heat-resistant submersible pump" that can be used with hot water up to 70°C. They were also concerned about corrosion resistance to alkaline substances, as it would be used for draining CIP alkaline detergents and cleaning water, so we proposed a heat-resistant submersible pump made of SUS316. It was also the perfect size for their pit dimensions. When we asked what influenced their decision, they mentioned that our delivery time (one month) was shorter compared to other manufacturers, and we also had a price advantage. Our heat-resistant submersible pump has a "standard specification" that is heat-resistant, making it excellent in terms of speed and cost. [Case Study] - Delivery: Major food factory - Application: Used for draining CIP alkaline detergents and cleaning water - Model: JCV-15-50-S16-A × 1 unit *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

【Case Study】Recovery of Sludge from Coolant Tank

Collecting waste oil like a vacuum cleaner! Designed with a cart for easier operation, considering the maneuverability for the workers.

At the factory you requested, coolant sludge was collected and cleaned approximately once a quarter using a vacuum truck, but the quality degradation caused by the sludge before the vacuum truck arrived was a problem. Therefore, you consulted about whether there was a simple pump that could be used for collection, and we proposed the air diaphragm ADD type (cart specification). This product is convenient when you want to operate coolant sludge from various locations within the factory with a single pump. The cart itself can hold a drum, and it is equipped with an air three-point set, hose fittings, etc., considering the ease of handling for the operators. [Case Study] - Delivery: Aichi Prefecture automotive parts manufacturer - Application: Cleaning of coolant tanks - Model: ADD-15-PP-DS (cart specification) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Case Study] Separation and Recovery of Floating Oil from Bonding Liquid

The material is custom-made with all SUS specifications! The float that floats in the bond tank is also all SUS.

We received an inquiry from a major surface treatment factory asking if it is possible to recover and separate the oil and sludge floating in high-temperature bonding liquid. They mentioned that there is a simple device already in place, but they are dissatisfied with the recovery efficiency, so they are considering an upgrade. To enable recovery and separation in high-temperature bonding liquid, we decided to custom-manufacture our ADB model in all stainless steel (SUS) specifications. The float to be placed in the bonding tank is also made entirely of stainless steel. We selected the ADD model air diaphragm pump in stainless steel specifications. [Case Study] ■ Delivery: Major surface treatment factory ■ Application: Separation and recovery of floating oil in bonding liquid ■ Model: ADB-15-SS (SUS specification) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

【Delivery Example】400,000 cp High Viscosity Liquid Sanitary Transfer Device

High viscosity and capable of transfer under high pressure! Introducing a case study of a sanitary single-screw pump delivery.

A major chemical and cosmetics company consulted us about wanting to transfer a high-viscosity liquid of approximately 400,000 cp. Upon further inquiry about the application, they mentioned that they would mix several types of raw materials in a raw material tank, use it in an explosion-proof area, pump the mixed liquid to a bead mill, and that they required cleaning capability, temperature control, and pressure monitoring. Therefore, we selected the high-viscosity transfer pump "INPS-100," which excels in cleaning capability. Due to a very tight delivery schedule, existing agitator manufacturers could not meet the deadline, so we manufactured it ourselves. The impeller shape was made as a disc turbine type at the user's request. We calculated the rotational speed and gear torque, and accommodated it with an explosion-proof motor. [Case Study] - Delivery: Major chemical and cosmetics manufacturing plant - Application: Pumping of high-viscosity liquid at 400,000 cp - Model: Single-screw pump INPS-100-Ex (sanitary single-screw explosion-proof specification) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
