A major paint manufacturer consulted us about wanting to transfer high-viscosity liquid from a stirring tank. Based on the conditions of "high-viscosity paint with a viscosity of about 10,000 CP," "a horizontal draw of 3 meters from the tank is required," and "transfer to the production machine after self-priming," we proposed the ADD type air diaphragm pump. After delivery to the user, we received a call saying it "doesn't suck." Upon discussing the situation, we found that the conditions for the liquid, air supply, and installation were all fine, and we were puzzled as to why it wasn't working. However, from the installation photos provided by the customer, it became clear that the suction inlet diameter was restricted. The pump diameter is 15A, but it was narrowed down to 9A. When we requested the use of a hose with an inner diameter of φ15, it began to self-prime without any issues, and we received words of gratitude. On the other hand, self-priming pumps are mostly found in surface pumps, and they are equipped with check valves or mechanisms that serve that purpose near the pump's interior or suction inlet. Pumps that have the ability to draw in fluid are collectively referred to as self-priming pumps. Installation of a control panel on the lifter! A case where operational efficiency on-site has improved, contributing to increased productivity.

We received a request from a cosmetics factory in Western Japan stating, "We would like to transport mud pack materials." The viscosity was around 2000 mPa·s, and we confirmed the performance with a demo unit. Additionally, we received requests regarding the optional lifter, and we were able to meet all the various requests before delivery. The pump was selected to be air-driven, and the equipment was configured to operate and stop using a solenoid valve. Furthermore, we incorporated an "automatic operation" feature that receives a stop signal from the hopper at the pump's destination and stops automatically. We transported custard cream using our pump.

As the quality and variety of convenience store bread continue to increase year by year, production factories are required to ensure accurate and efficient operations while also considering the "ease of work" for their employees. Due to the challenges of efficient production and reducing work load, we received inquiries from major convenience store bread factories, and they adopted A2's pump for the process of transferring custard. Since custard cream is transferred at low temperatures and is almost solid, we selected the sanitary air diaphragm pump "SB series" as the transfer pump. Although the initial self-priming took a bit of time, it generally demonstrated satisfactory transfer capacity for the customer, and its lightweight and compact design were well received, with easy disassembly and cleaning being highly praised. We received a contact from a design company in the Kanto region and would like to introduce a case where we delivered an "automatic pH neutralization device" to Kanto Gastroenterology Clinic. The request was to "neutralize the wastewater from the cleaning machine," and the available installation space was approximately 500×500 mm with a height of about 1000 mm. Within this range, it was necessary to complete the chemical injection, stirring, and control panel. Due to the need for installation within the clinic, space-saving installation was a must, and there were strict requirements for operation on 100V single-phase power and minimal operational noise. We ordered a custom-sized control panel and achieved space-saving by mounting everything above the neutralization tank.
