By arranging Halbach array permanent magnets on the inner and outer rotors and interlinking the magnetic flux with the armature coil, the efficiency of the compact rotating machine has been improved to approximately 95%. We have achieved torque characteristics with no cogging torque and minimal harmonic components, successfully reducing the torque fluctuation rate to below 0.04%.
