In this case, we addressed not only the power supply unit but also the replacement of the existing inspection device, and we implemented VA/VE proposals to address the issues that had previously occurred. By providing a consistent response from the power supply unit to the testing device, we were able to reduce the burden on the customer, resulting in a highly satisfactory case.
