Marsgo stabilizes the first layer of printing with automatic leveling function!

【New Feature】Automating the leveling of 3D printer tables! We will explain the "automatic adjustment function" that balances the quality and efficiency of large-scale printing!

Marsgo is a document that picks up the functions and features of various products and introduces the "amazing!" aspects. In FFF-type 3D printers, the adhesion of the "first layer" can be considered a lifeline that determines the success or failure of the print. Issues such as warping and peeling that occur during printing are common challenges regardless of the print size, but their impact increases significantly with larger models. The feeling of loss when several days of effort go to waste is immeasurable. One of the major factors involved here is the "levelness of the table," and manual adjustments require both time and skill, which can undermine the inherent convenience of 3D printers. The "fate of the first layer," which can be seen as a risk, has been resolved in the "D1000 Pro HS" by automating the adjustments. With "4-axis independent leveling," where four independent motors correct the tilt, accurate setup can be completed in just a few minutes, even without skilled techniques. For more details on the specific mechanisms and adjustment methods, please check the document! *You can download the document using the button below.

Prevents shape distortion in the Z direction (bulging, sinking)!

【MARS Go】Solving 3D Printer Complaints | Reducing Assembly and Fitting Adjustments! Introduction of "Z-Bleed Correction" for Form 4 / 4L

Marsgo is a document that picks up the functions and features of various products and introduces the "amazing" aspects of them. Stereolithography 3D printers create shapes by curing liquid resin with light. The latest Form 4 / 4L achieves "high precision and speed" in modeling through its unique LFD method, but it is actually packed with detailed innovations to ensure that "anyone can use it without failure." One of these innovations is the "Z-Bleed Correction" that we will introduce this time. In stereolithography, unintended light spreading can cause dimensional deviations (swelling) such as "holes becoming smaller" or "screws not turning." This not only leads to assembly issues but also causes unnecessary rework such as sanding or enlarging holes. In the Form 4 / 4L, the standard software "PreForm" automatically calculates this swelling and cancels it out in advance. This document clearly explains the causes of dimensional deviations and the mechanism of automatic correction with illustrations. If you are considering improving accuracy and reducing post-processing, please take a look. *You can download the document from the button below.

High-precision light shaping and vacuum forming for thin-walled creation! Form 4×Vaquform

Achieving thin-walled shapes that cannot be expressed with a 3D printer using a vacuum forming machine!

Small Fab refers to small-scale, decentralized microfactories. By setting up small labs in offices or research and development centers, it allows for rapid and low-cost prototyping and small-scale production using tools like CAD/CAM, 3D printers, CNC machines, and 3D scanners, without the need for factory-like facilities. It is a flexible and practical manufacturing system that directly addresses on-site challenges. These 3D digital tools are rarely operated with just one product. This time, by using the resin 3D printer "Form 4" and the vacuum forming machine "Vaquform," we will expand the scope of product development. We will create vacuum forming molds using the high-precision resin printer "Form 4." By making molds with the Form 4, we can produce high-quality molds. Subsequently, by shaping thin-walled structures, which are typically challenging for 3D printers, with the Vaquform, we can create models that leverage their characteristics. This combination allows us to shorten the production cycle while significantly broadening the scope of manufacturing.

Sand Casting Meister SCM-800-2

Inkjet sand mold 3D printer

The "Sand Casting Meister SCM-800-2" is a domestic sand mold 3D printer. It enables the creation of complex shapes that were difficult to produce with wooden patterns, as well as shapes that are physically impossible to process, through three-dimensional modeling. Due to the freedom of design that does not require division, complex shapes can be created as a single piece, reducing the number of cores. The design of the sand mold and the casting plan are digitized, achieving significant simplification. Since there is no need to create a wooden pattern, if there is any flaw in the sand mold design, the CAD data can be easily modified, allowing for immediate re-creation of the sand mold. 【Features】 ■ Direct molding of sand molds from 3D CAD data ■ No wooden patterns required, resulting in higher quality and shorter delivery times compared to traditional methods ■ Freedom of design allows for integration of complex shapes without the need for division ■ Stable dimensional quality due to high-precision molding ■ Dramatic reduction in construction time due to the elimination of wooden pattern production and accelerated molding speed *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Explanation] Laser Powder Bed Fusion (LPBF) Metal 3D Printer

This is a schematic diagram explaining the laser powder bed fusion method (laser powder bed process) for metal 3D printers!!

"What is the laser powder bed fusion method (laser powder bed process)?" "What is LPBF?" We provide an explanatory diagram of the laser powder bed fusion method (laser powder bed process) for those in charge who have started gathering information on metal 3D printers! A series of operations is repeated for layered manufacturing: the recoater deposits powder, the laser irradiates to melt and solidify the powder, the build stage descends, the powder reservoir rises, and again, the recoater deposits powder. Excess surrounding powder from the recoater's deposition operation falls into a collection tank through the overflow opening, is sifted, and recycled during the manufacturing process. *The diagram is based on Aconity3D's equipment and may not necessarily apply to all laser powder bed fusion (laser powder bed process) metal 3D printers currently sold by various manufacturers.

Directional Energy Deposition (DED) Metal 3D Printer

What is directional energy deposition method? What is DED? Let me explain it simply!

What is Directed Energy Deposition (DED)?" "We will provide an explanatory diagram of Directed Energy Deposition (DED) for those in charge who have started gathering information on metal 3D printers! Directed Energy Deposition is a process where metal powder is injected into a melt pool created by a laser heat source, and while moving the melt pool along with the laser head, it repeats melting and solidifying to build up layers. Unlike typical metal 3D printers that have a powder bed, it fixes the base plate or pipes on a table with tilting (90°) and rotating (360°) functions for fabrication. 1. Free-form fabrication 2. Free-form fabrication of curved shape parts 3. "Additive" fabrication to conventional machined parts 4. "Build-up" repair for worn-out parts (+ regrinding*) (*The diagram is based on the equipment from RPM Innovations and may not necessarily apply to all metal 3D printers using Directed Energy Deposition currently sold by various manufacturers. [Explanation] Electron Beam Powder Bed Melting Method Metal 3D Printer

What is the electron beam powder bed fusion method (powder bed fusion)? What is EB-PBF? Let me explain it briefly!

"What is Electron Beam Powder Bed Fusion (EB-PBF)?" "What is EB-PBF?" Let me explain briefly! We provide a schematic diagram explaining Electron Beam Powder Bed Fusion (EB-PBF) for those in charge who have started gathering information on metal 3D printers! The process involves powder supply by a powder dispenser, powder deposition by a recoater (forward motion), vertical movement of the build stage and the recoater's excess powder passage, melting and solidification of the powder by electron beam irradiation, and powder deposition by the recoater (return motion), repeating this series of actions for layered manufacturing. The vertical movement of the build stage and the recoater's excess powder passage help save powder and reduce waste. *The schematic diagram is based on equipment from Wayland Additive and may not necessarily apply to all electron beam powder bed fusion (EB-PBF) metal 3D printers currently sold by various manufacturers.

The possibilities of shapes expand with ceramic 3D printers.

The possibilities of shapes are expanding with 3D printers.

At Shin-Tou V Ceramics, we offer a lineup of two different types of ceramic 3D printers. The "CERAMAKER" is a ceramic 3D printer that cures a paste material, which is densely filled with ceramic powder and uses a light-curing resin binder, with a UV laser, allowing for the creation of high-precision parts with high handling strength. The printed objects undergo a debinding and sintering process, resulting in components that possess strength and density comparable to molded products made by CIM. The "M.A.T." is a new 3D printer that features three types of extrusion heads, allowing for a variety of head selections. M.A.T. is an all-in-one ceramic 3D printer that enables manufacturing by combining extrusion heads with green processing. The FFF technology, which started with commonly used plastics like PLA, ABS, and PETG, has now evolved to produce industrial ceramics such as SiC, alumina, and zirconia.
