We achieve high-precision weighing and dispensing through communication with electronic balances. It is a simple system using pneumatic solution dispensing. Dispensing with milligram precision is also possible. The dispensing and weighing accuracy can be adjusted to match the scale of each electronic balance. We perform high-precision weighing at an overwhelming speed. Continuous dispensing can be supported with a nozzle equipped with a switch (optional) or an automatic XY unit (optional). We offer contract analysis for DNA instability tests for research purposes. In the case of humans, we analyze one sample using five types of microsatellite fluorescent markers (Bethesda panel): BAT25, BAT26, D2S123, D5S36, and D17S250. The analysis is conducted using a fluorescent sequencer, and the price is reasonable. For mouse DNA microsatellite instability tests, you will need to choose your desired primers from our selection of over 300 fluorescent primers. In both cases, you only need to send us the sample DNA. If we perform DNA purification, there will be an additional charge for DNA purification. The fees consist of a basic charge (¥65,000) plus an analysis fee for humans, which is ¥6,000 (¥1,200 x 5) multiplied by the number of samples. For mice, the analysis fee is calculated by multiplying the unit price by the number of analyses. As the number of analyses increases, the analysis fee per sample decreases. We offer contract analysis using the Taqman method. The Taqman method is an economical and highly reliable analysis method for SNP analysis. It has been widely adopted in research papers and has become the most common analysis method. The downside is that there is a cost for the Taqman reagents, but a single purchase of reagents can analyze 200 to 300 samples. Additionally, reagents are available from ABI for several million points. It is more economical for users to purchase the reagents themselves. We offer contract services for polymorphism analysis based on microsatellite analysis. We conduct accurate microsatellite analysis using a fluorescent sequencer. Typically, you only need to send us your DNA samples. While we primarily handle human and mouse specimens, we also have extensive experience with various animals, including fish and amphibians. We maintain nearly 400 fluorescent microsatellite markers for humans and over 300 for mice, which are available for use by our clients. We also perform LOH analysis using microsatellites. If you send us your DNA samples, we will conduct PCR, dilution, denaturation, and data analysis in-house. We can also perform DNA instability tests and speed congenic analysis.

We have newly released a handy connector for roller pumps, applying the technology of our PEEK handy connectors. This connector is designed for Tygon tubes and silicone tubes with an outer diameter of 3 mm. There are various handy connectors available depending on pressure resistance. In particular, the pressure-resistant connector can withstand pressures of 100 KPa or more and is intended for tubes with an inner diameter of 1.5 mm. The various connectors have significantly improved the pressure resistance and applicability of Tygon and silicone tubes. Good news for developers aiming to miniaturize liquid delivery systems! We have developed a compact hand-tight connector, Handy Connector, for 1/16 inch (1.5 mm) Teflon tubes. Since it can be tightened by hand, complex piping can be achieved with just a single touch. Most importantly, its small size allows for the miniaturization of devices and containers. Made of PEEK, it also boasts excellent chemical resistance. Additionally, we offer a variety of options, including high-pressure flanges (flare fit) for processing. There has been a challenge with conventional flanges (flare fit) processing for tubes with an outer diameter of 1.5 mm and an inner diameter of 0.5 mm or less. This is a handy cleaning device for the ELISA 96-well microplate based on our Immuno Nozzle 8A. It is reasonably priced at 160,000 yen, including a cleaning solution bottle, a waste liquid bottle, a nozzle, a manual valve, and a pump. The suction and discharge can be controlled with a single touch using a faucet at hand. The discharge and suction of the cleaning solution are automatically performed by a single pump. The only manual operation required when switching between cleaning solution discharge and suction is the valve switching. Acid and alkaline solutions are discharged into the reaction tank as droplets based on pH values, controlled by a combination of an air pump and an electromagnetic valve. The pH is measured with a pH electrode, and based on this pH, a specified amount of liquid is discharged to automatically adjust the pH. The minimum discharge volume is 10 µl, allowing for precise pH control of fine liquids. Control with a narrow nozzle is optimal for the pretreatment (neutralization) of environmental samples. This is a line dispensing device for immunochromatography based on inkjet technology. By setting the line length and the amount of dispensing reagent from the computer screen, you can draw the desired line. Since it is non-contact, there is no worry about damaging the membrane. The reagent containers can accommodate not only 15ml and 50ml centrifuge tubes but also 1.5ml microtubes. Once you set the precious antibody reagent in the 1.5ml microtube, you are ready to go. The nozzles are interchangeable, making cleaning and maintenance easy. We have prepared nozzles with diameters of 100um for thin lines, 180um for medium lines, and 250um for thick lines. This is a new product for microplate washing with an 8-channel nozzle that improves the shortcomings of the previously difficult-to-use ImmunoWash8. It features a grip design for easy handling, and liquid stopping is a one-touch operation with just a push of the thumb. It allows for the delivery of washing solution to the plate using only gravity from a height of 30 cm. We offer two types: one for high flow using gravity (a competitor to ImmunoWash8) and another for high-speed using a pump. The gravity discharge Immuno Nozzle 8Z can accommodate pipette tips, eliminating concerns about contamination. It provides fast liquid discharge even with a height difference of 30 cm. The high-speed nozzle is made of PEEK and has an outer diameter of 1.6 mm, making it ideal for cleaning difficult-to-wash magnetic beads. Using an optional pump and valve bottle set makes microplate washing even easier. It is highly recommended for the cleaning of complex and precision-demanding ELISA reactions. This is a bottle cap for HPLC safety caps. It can be used as a waste bottle for chemicals such as acetonitrile that cannot be disposed of in the environment, and as an HPLC safety cap. It is compatible with GL-38 and GL-45 standard caps, making it suitable for many reagent and Duran bottles. Additionally, it can connect to an air tube, allowing the Duran bottle to quickly transform into a vacuum or pressure container, making it ideal for various liquid transfer applications. We have different types available, including MY96, MF96, and MP96 for round-bottom, flat-bottom, and PCR microplates, as well as MY4S for four microtubes and MY1S for a single microtube. The MY96 features a removable magnet, allowing you to replace only the rusted magnets if some become rusty, thus maintaining its usability.
