The production management system of Asagoe Industries' processing division (Seiki Factory No. 1 and No. 2) is fully operational. It has been six years since we revamped the production management, which was previously based on the intuition of veteran employees, by utilizing TPiCS. The work-in-progress inventory and work progress for each process have become "visible," allowing for appropriate ordering to the casting department and partner companies. Initially, there were concerns about the accuracy of inputting actual results, but this has improved.
