We own processing test molds at our company, so simple processing tests are possible. - Clearance test molds In addition to round holes, we can simultaneously test various shapes such as squares and stars, as well as long punching processes like C-shaped molds, depending on the clearance. - Engraving blade test molds We have several types with different blade angles. You can check the condition of the material on the cross-section and top surface of the processed products. Additionally, based on the test results, we can also suggest the optimal mold production, taking costs into consideration, such as die set molds and simple QDC molds.
