I came up with the idea of producing PP materials and elastomers all at once through molding.

Recently, there has been an increase in inquiries about whether we can produce items imported from China at a similar price domestically. This particular case involved a cap designed to prevent ink leakage, which consisted of a molded PP part assembled with silicone rubber. Initially, we started estimating with the same components, but we found that just procuring silicone rubber domestically exceeded our target price. We also couldn't allocate any budget for assembly costs. Therefore, we came up with the idea of producing it all at once using PP materials and elastomers through molding, which allowed us to meet the target price.
