Tube Printer Online Help: Frequently Asked Questions (Q&A)
Q: Question
When printing on tubes, the printing is misaligned "front/back" (left/right).
A: Answer
■Cause
The pitch amount may vary depending on the material, thickness, and diameter of the tube. Additionally, the pitch may be misaligned due to wear on each roller.
■Countermeasure
Please adjust the printing position correction to "front/back."
*Front = printing content moves to the left; back = moves to the right.
You can save up to five settings for each workpiece. It is recommended to register workpieces with different materials in each setting.
If it is still outside the setting range, we recommend replacing the rollers. To check for roller wear, please touch each roller by hand. If there are grooves (ruts), it is time for an overhaul/maintenance, so please contact your sales representative.
