This AI learns the range of acceptable data from a small amount of OK data and determines anything outside the learned range as NG. Generally, AI needs to learn both OK and NG data. However, in factory production lines, the occurrence of NG is infrequent, and it takes time to accumulate sufficient NG data. On the other hand, our AI can learn with just a small amount of OK data, allowing for immediate operation right after the equipment is introduced.
