For highly corrosive or chemically aggressive applications, stainless steel 2.4602 can be chosen for its exceptional resistance. Titanium is suitable for use in corrosive environments such as seawater. The 4-electrode structure prevents degradation of the electrode surface, providing stable conductivity measurements over long periods and excellent linearity across a wide range from 1μS/cm to 300mS/cm. Technology for solving problems: MIR optical sensor

The optical dissolved carbon dioxide (DCO₂) sensor for processes uses an MIR optical sensor to directly measure dissolved carbon dioxide (CO₂) by combining DCO₂ with MIR wavelengths (mid-infrared) and a CO₂ diffusion membrane. This allows for inline measurements with unprecedented high reliability and good reproducibility. The sensor itself is calibrated before shipment, so it can be used immediately after sterilization. Additionally, there are no replacement parts, allowing for use with two-point calibration and adjustment using carbon dioxide-free gas and 100% carbon dioxide gas. The lifespan is approximately up to 3 years. When sensitivity degrades, the sensor body will need to be replaced.

We would like to introduce a case where we used the general-purpose analog input of the "ParaRecolectar" to reduce inspection labor through remote monitoring. In the inspection work for the liquid level and pH value of outdoor tanks, there were challenges such as high labor costs and delays in noticing abnormalities. The general-purpose analog input of the ParaRecolectar can connect to sensors from other manufacturers, allowing us to collect data by connecting it to the tank's liquid level detection sensor and pH meter. As a result of the implementation, we were able to check from the office without going to the site, enabling early detection of abnormalities. [Use Case] FFT Vibration Measurement of Ball Screws [Fault Prediction Detection and Predictive Maintenance]

We would like to introduce a case where the 3-axis accelerometer of "ParaRecolectar" was used to predict failures through vibration measurement of ball screws. In the scroll processing of the workpiece, there was a challenge in not knowing the degree of deterioration of the ball screw, which led to bearing failures and a decline in product quality. As a result of the implementation, the replacement costs were reduced by 85% annually, line downtime improved from 128 hours to 0, and defective products decreased from 4,000 units to 0. We would like to introduce a case where bearing abnormalities were detected early using a 3-axis accelerometer from "ParaRecolectar" through FFT. In the process of molding powdered raw materials, equipment stoppage due to bearing failure was a significant issue.
