A charge and discharge testing system suitable for applications such as durability testing of battery modules/packs, incoming and outgoing inspections, and capacity learning tests on production lines.
The 17020 is a high-precision charge and discharge testing system developed for battery module/pack testing. It is suitable for applications such as battery endurance testing, product incoming and outgoing inspections, and certification tests for capacity characteristics in battery production lines.
Due to its regenerative structure, the 17020 can regenerate energy released from the battery back to the system side, and it can also be directly utilized for the energy required during battery charging. The regenerative function improves energy consumption issues and significantly reduces costs associated with air conditioning measures.
The 17020 adopts an independent multi-channel system, allowing for different tests to be conducted on each battery through independent operation of each channel. Additionally, the channels are equipped with parallel operation capabilities, enhancing the flexibility of testing when using the 17020 system. Test items can be set based on the capacity required for the device under test (DUT), eliminating the need to purchase separate testing systems for each product lineup, thus providing high cost performance with a single system.
