Here are the standard test conditions for the "Quantitative Discharge Pump" from Takasago Electric Industry. 【Piping Conditions】 ■ Use fluororesin tubes with diameters of φ2×φ3 for piping connections. ■ The piping length for the primary side (IN) is set to 1000mm, and for the secondary side (OUT) to 100mm. ■ The tank for the fluid should be installed below the product, with the height of the primary side port (IN) set at 500mm from the liquid level. ■ The height of the end of the secondary side (OUT) piping should be at a horizontal position of 0mm. ■ A nozzle that reduces the piping diameter should be attached to the end of the secondary side (OUT) piping according to the set discharge amount. (If the discharge is set low and the piping diameter is large, the liquid may not discharge in one cycle due to the effects of surface tension and other factors.) 【Discharge Amount and Nozzle Attachment Guidelines】 ■ Set discharge amount (mm3): 10–50/50–100/100 or more ■ Diameter of the nozzle used (mm): 0.5/1.5/no nozzle *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

This is a notice regarding the usage precautions for the "Takasago Quantitative Discharge Pump." ■ If the initial set discharge amount is low, it may take a long time to completely replace the gas inside this product and the piping with liquid. Setting the discharge amount close to the maximum value during initial discharge will speed up the replacement. ■ The efficiency of gas discharge varies depending on the installation direction of this product. It also affects the discharge of bubbles generated in the fluid, so it is recommended to install it in the specified direction. ■ The set value may change due to loosening of the discharge amount adjustment screw. Please tighten the lock nut securely. ■ When reducing the discharge amount by turning the discharge amount adjustment screw to the right, do not turn the screw with excessive torque beyond the adjustment range. This may cause a malfunction. ■ When increasing the discharge amount by turning the discharge amount adjustment screw to the left, do not over-rotate the screw.
