【Warehouse/Factory】Correcting floor tilt, unevenness, and voids under the floor in as little as one day.

[Factory/Warehouse] Correcting the tilt of concrete floors and voids beneath the floor caused by ground subsidence in as little as one day without stopping operations! Patented unique method!

■The cargo in the warehouse is not stacked straight. ■There are uneven surfaces that hinder the movement of forklifts. ■The equipment, such as racks, is tilted. ■Abnormal operation is observed in the automatic racks. ■The transport robot has stopped. ■The level of the machinery cannot be secured. The patented unique method called [Upcon Method] uses polyurethane resin to resolve issues caused by floor tilting, unevenness, and sagging due to earthquakes or ground subsidence, as well as voids formed under the floor, with corrections possible in as little as one day. [What is the Upcon Method?] By injecting polyurethane resin into existing concrete floors that have subsided, it compresses and strengthens the ground with pressure that expands in a short time while pushing up the concrete floor for correction. Since it corrects without demolishing the existing concrete floor, it significantly reduces construction time. The polyurethane can lift the floor with an expansion pressure of up to 10 tons per square meter, eliminating the need to move heavy equipment or products. Therefore, corrections can be made without stopping the operations of factories or warehouses. ▼We will exhibit at the [International Logistics Comprehensive Exhibition 2024]. Date: September 10 (Tuesday) to 13 (Friday), 2024 Venue: Tokyo Big Sight, East Exhibition Hall Booth Number: 7-808

[Construction Example] Electric Company Substation: Void (Cavity) Filling Work

The foamed polyurethane resin compressively strengthens the ground! It suppresses the occurrence of voids, cavities, and gaps after construction.

We would like to introduce a case of "void (cavity) filling work" carried out at a power company substation in Hokkaido. During the renovation work of the building, voids were observed under the concrete floor, leading to a request for void (cavity) filling to prevent issues before installing heavy machinery. The polyurethane resin injection work was carried out while confirming the height with a laser level, and it was confirmed that the polyurethane resin was densely filled, completing the construction. 【Case Overview】 ■ Construction Area: 57m2 ■ Maximum Void Size: 100mm ■ Area: Hokkaido / Power Company Substation ■ Construction Period: 1 day *For more detailed information about the case, please refer to the related links. For more details, please check the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

[Construction Case] Nursing Facility: Sunken Floor Correction Work

Up to 60mm of subsidence in the central Slavic region! Ground compaction reinforcement with the foaming pressure of polyurethane resin.

Here is an example of "floor sinking correction work" carried out at a nursing care facility located in Shizuoka Prefecture. Due to weak ground, ground subsidence occurred, resulting in sinking floors within the facility. During a preliminary survey, a maximum subsidence of 60mm was observed at the center of the slab, and a gap of 50mm was confirmed near the beams. Using the foaming pressure of polyurethane resin, the ground was compacted and reinforced, filling the gaps between the slab and the ground, while simultaneously correcting the floor sinking. 【Case Overview】 ■ Construction Area: Approximately 60m2 ■ Location: Nursing care facility in Shizuoka Prefecture ■ Construction Period: 1 day *For more detailed information about the case, please refer to the related links. For further details, please check the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Due to weak ground, ground subsidence! Only the ground is sinking, creating gaps under various floors inside the building.

We would like to introduce a case of "subfloor void filling work" conducted at a nursing care facility located in Shizuoka Prefecture. Due to weak ground, ground subsidence had occurred, causing the ground to sink while voids were observed under various areas of the floor within the building. We performed filling work using polyurethane resin to fill the voids beneath the floor slab, successfully eliminating the voids. 【Case Overview】 ■ Construction Area: Approximately 250m2 ■ Location: Nursing care facility in Shizuoka Prefecture ■ Construction Period: 3 days *For detailed information about the case, please refer to the related links. [Construction Example] Elementary School: Floor Slab Settlement Correction Work

Utilizing spring break for quick subsidence correction! The cycle from construction to restoration is short.

Here is an example of "settlement correction" performed at an elementary school in Miyagi Prefecture. Due to floor settlement, gaps occurred between the classroom walls and ceiling, causing the classroom door to tilt and hindering the opening and closing of the lock. The overall floor level of the classroom and hallway was corrected from a maximum settlement of 69mm to within -18mm, and the gaps that had formed between the walls and ceiling before the work were also improved. 【Case Summary】 ■ Construction Area: 331m2 ■ Maximum Settlement: 69mm ■ Area: Tagajo City, Miyagi Prefecture / Elementary School ■ Construction Period: 4 days *For more detailed information about the case, please refer to the related link.
