■The cargo in the warehouse is not stacked straight. ■There are uneven surfaces that hinder the movement of forklifts. ■The equipment, such as racks, is tilted. ■Abnormal operation is observed in the automatic racks. ■The transport robot has stopped. ■The level of the machinery cannot be secured. The patented unique method called [Upcon Method] uses polyurethane resin to resolve issues caused by floor tilting, unevenness, and sagging due to earthquakes or ground subsidence, as well as voids formed under the floor, with corrections possible in as little as one day. [What is the Upcon Method?] By injecting polyurethane resin into existing concrete floors that have subsided, it compresses and strengthens the ground with pressure that expands in a short time while pushing up the concrete floor for correction. Since it corrects without demolishing the existing concrete floor, it significantly reduces construction time. The polyurethane can lift the floor with an expansion pressure of up to 10 tons per square meter, eliminating the need to move heavy equipment or products. Therefore, corrections can be made without stopping the operations of factories or warehouses. ▼We will exhibit at the [International Logistics Comprehensive Exhibition 2024]. Date: September 10 (Tuesday) to 13 (Friday), 2024 Venue: Tokyo Big Sight, East Exhibition Hall Booth Number: 7-808

Free membership registrationHere is an example of "floor sinking correction work" carried out at a nursing care facility located in Shizuoka Prefecture. Due to weak ground, ground subsidence occurred, resulting in sinking floors within the facility. During a preliminary survey, a maximum subsidence of 60mm was observed at the center of the slab, and a gap of 50mm was confirmed near the beams. Using the foaming pressure of polyurethane resin, the ground was compacted and reinforced, filling the gaps between the slab and the ground, while simultaneously correcting the floor sinking. 【Case Overview】 ■ Construction Area: Approximately 60m2 ■ Location: Nursing care facility in Shizuoka Prefecture ■ Construction Period: 1 day *For more detailed information about the case, please refer to the related links. An up-con method that can be corrected during nighttime while the business is closed was adopted, and our company carried out the correction. 【Case Overview】 ■ Construction Area: Approximately 3,240m2 (Backyard 405m2, Inside Store 2,835m2) ■ Maximum Sinking Amount: 94mm ■ Area: Nara Prefecture ■ Construction Period: 25 nights ※ Supported by 2 construction plant vehicles *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationHere is an example of "settlement correction work" carried out at a large chain store in Akita Prefecture. Due to consolidation settlement, a maximum settlement of 121mm occurred. We addressed this using the Upcon method, which produces almost no noise, dust, or vibration, while paying particular attention to nighttime noise for nearby residents during construction. The work was carried out over four nights outside of business hours. We injected polyurethane resin into the floor slab and corrected all areas within the construction range, including the maximum settlement of 121mm, to within the planned values. (Correction of over 100mm) 【Case Overview】 ■ Construction Area: Approximately 1,160m2 ■ Maximum Settlement: 121mm ■ Area: Akita Prefecture ■ Construction Period: Continuous nighttime work for four days *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationHere is a case study of "subfloor sinking correction work" conducted at a large pachinko parlor located in Miyagi Prefecture. The large pachinko parlor suffered significant damage due to the Great East Japan Earthquake. Extensive renovation work was carried out for a swift reopening. Sinking also occurred in the store's flooring, and the Upcon method, which allows for quick corrections, was adopted. Our company implemented the floor sinking correction by injecting urethane resin under the subfloor, successfully correcting all areas within the construction scope, including a section that had sunk by a maximum of 112mm, to within the planned values. [Case Overview] ■ Construction Area: Approximately 230m2 ■ Maximum Sinking Amount: 112mm ■ Area: Miyagi Prefecture ■ Construction Period: 1 day (2011) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationHere is a case study of "subfloor sinking correction work" conducted at a large supermarket in Chiba Prefecture. Due to the impact of the Great East Japan Earthquake, the floor inside the store sank significantly. The Upcon method, which can be corrected during the night while the store is closed, was adopted, and our company carried out the correction. Since the store mainly handles fresh food products, during the construction, we not only used plastic sheets for protection around the injection gun but also enclosed the injectors to prevent resin dispersion while working. [Case Overview] ■ Construction Area: Approximately 2,000 m² ■ Maximum Sinking Amount: 99 mm ■ Area: Chiba Prefecture ■ Construction Period: Continuous 9 nights * To expedite the construction period, two construction plant vehicles were used (2011). * For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe would like to introduce a case of "subfloor sinking correction work" and "subfloor void filling work" carried out at a shopping center in Iwate Prefecture. Due to consolidation settlement, sinking was observed over a wide area of the floor. As a result of the floor sinking, gaps appeared between the floor and walls, causing various issues throughout the store. An Upcon method that could be corrected during the night while the store was closed was adopted, and our company performed the corrections. Additionally, since voids and cavities were also observed under the floor, void filling work using urethane was carried out as well. [Case Overview] ■ Construction Area: Approximately 540m² ■ Maximum Settlement Amount: 71mm ■ Maximum Void Amount: 190mm ■ Area: Iwate Prefecture ■ Construction Period: Continuous 7 nights *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
