The issues of "dough sticking" and "poor mold release" leading to product shape defects in the manufacturing process of Western-style confections and food products are significant challenges that reduce production efficiency and yield. This time, we introduce an example of a metal madeleine mold with a complex shell shape (scallop shape) that has been uniformly coated with a fluororesin (PTFE) to ensure consistent film thickness down to the details. ■ Top-notch non-stick properties (release properties) Thoroughly prevents dough from sticking and burning.
