Since there is no meter for pressure, the only method available was trial and error through practical experience. By optimizing the pressure value and pressure balance with Presscale, we adjusted the optimal values for temperature and time as parameters. We would like to introduce a case where our "Presscale" was implemented at the Arai Laboratory of the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Science and Engineering, Hosei University. In a comparison of the characteristics of old and new balls, an experiment was conducted using a piezoelectric sensor to measure impact pressure at a point, resulting in variations in the peak pressure values. Stable measurements could not be achieved even after approximately 60 experiments. With the introduction of this product, we were able to measure impact pressure over an area, allowing us to obtain extremely stable measurement data using the same experimental setup. This also significantly reduced the number of experiments required.
