We would like to introduce a case study of our company's "Cover Film Die Cutting" die set mold processing. The material width is 250mm in roll form. The material composition consists of a heat-resistant carrier film of 50μm, a PI film of 9μm, an adhesive layer of 20μm, and a paper separator of 150μm, with a total thickness of 229μm. Right Angle V Block "Chokkaku Da~"

Essential for a fly cutter! A right angle accuracy of within 0.01/100mm is required, regardless of proficiency level.

The "Chokkaku-da" is a precision V block that allows for the accurate and easy squaring of the long edge surface by clamping square and round bars between two 30° V blocks on a milling machine (machine vice) or a surface grinder (magnetic chuck). It is possible to achieve a right angle accuracy of within 0.01/100mm, regardless of skill level. We would like to introduce the achievements of the "Ainix treatment," which improves the sliding properties of parts and extends their lifespan. After applying the treatment to molds for magnesium alloy injection molding (thixomolding), the release of products from the molds improved significantly, resulting in a dramatic increase in yield.
