Compression molding

Possibility of producing colorful rubber!

■What is Compression Molding? Measured rubber material is placed into the cavity of a heated mold (usually between 150°C and 180°C) and is then pressurized and vulcanized using a compression molding machine. This molding method is the most historically significant and representative method of rubber molding. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Bicolor molding

High-quality two-color molded products can be produced!

■What is Two-Color Molding Two-color molding is a molding method that typically shapes different materials from a single mold, but it involves molding the same material in two separate processes. Although the number of products molded using this two-color method has decreased recently, there are still items like keypads. Additionally, our company leverages extensive experience and knowledge to assist in producing high-quality two-color molded products. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*

Urethane molding

We also have materials that comply with the Food Sanitation Act, so please make use of them!

■What is polyurethane rubber? Depending on how it is bonded, it can be classified into polyester (EU) and polyether (AU). The ester type is prone to hydrolysis (due to steam, heat, acid, etc.) but has excellent oil resistance. The ether type is less prone to hydrolysis but has inferior oil resistance. Typically, polyurethane (PU) is a thermosetting resin that hardens when heat is applied, so it requires a different method of mold usage compared to general thermoplastic resins. In this case, a method called casting molding is used, where pre-melted polyurethane (PU) is poured into the mold and heated to cure. There are also materials compliant with the Food Sanitation Act, so please make use of them. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Air pressure forming

It is possible to achieve a surface shape close to injection molding! It allows for the molding of thin plastic sheets.

"Pressure Forming" is a molding method that shapes a heated and softened plastic sheet by tightly pressing an air pressure box against a mold from above, using the pressure of compressed air to adhere the sheet to the mold, allowing it to take the desired shape. Since it applies several times higher pressure compared to vacuum forming, the finish boasts precision close to that of injection molding. The types of plastics that can be used include ABS, AES, PMMA, PC, PP, PE, HIPS, PET, PVC, and also super engineering plastics such as PEI, PSF, and PEEK. 【Features】 ■ Low cost for mold production ■ Shorter production time compared to injection molding ■ Suitable for small-batch production of various types ■ Material selection is possible if using thermoreversible plastics ■ Capable of handling large sizes *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Hot press molding

We can accommodate everything from small lots to mass production! We can also produce large sizes and mold them at low cost.

"Heat press molding" is a molding method that involves attaching male and female molds to a press machine, heating them, and then sandwiching a softened plastic sheet (resin board) between the two molds. It is suitable for molding thicker sheets due to the efficient heat transfer to the resin. However, it is not suitable for molding complex shapes. 【Features】 - Uses wooden or resin molds, resulting in low mold costs - Shorter production time compared to injection molding - Beautifully finished corner radii - Capable of producing large sizes at low costs - Can accommodate small lots to mass production *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
