The Xante Excelagraphix 4800, equipped with Memjet print heads, is a high-speed, high-resolution aqueous dye inkjet printer optimized for printing on cardboard materials. It is ideal for small lot production! It supports various cardboard sheets up to a maximum width of 1,219mm and a maximum thickness of 15.9mm, accommodating folded, glued, and die-cut options. The production speed is 338 sheets per hour for media lengths of 1,219mm and 416 sheets per hour for media lengths of 609mm (at a resolution of 1,600 dpi x 800 dpi). The use of low-odor aqueous dye inks makes it perfect for printing food packaging boxes! We also offer solutions to enhance water resistance, so please use them in conjunction. *By using the primer coater "Digi Package Coter Wide" before printing with the printer and coating with a dedicated primer, the adhesion of the ink is improved, enhancing print durability and water resistance.
