Tomco partners with cooperating companies to provide a consistent process from material production to processing completion, and we also assist in the production of prototypes. In traditional methods, a wooden mold was required before creating a sand mold. However, Tomco and its partner companies have made it possible to directly create sand molds from 3D data using RP sand mold printing and layered manufacturing equipment. We have reduced manufacturing costs to half of the traditional methods and significantly shortened manufacturing days.
