The hydraulic component manufacturer was facing a challenge in honing the inner diameter of φ14 valve bodies, particularly wanting to align the inner diameter as much as possible after processing. In response, we proposed a two-step processing using the "KIP-200." As a result, we were able to keep the inner diameter tolerance within φ3μm after processing and reduce the management of the matching spools from 5 ranks to 3 ranks.
