We would like to introduce a case study on heat mitigation measures in the ceiling space of a food factory. The company faced the challenge of wanting to improve the working environment for the workers in the factory (to implement heat mitigation measures). To address this, they laid high-performance aluminum heat insulation sheets in the ceiling space with the image of making the entire building a super shade, preventing radiant heat from the sun from entering the factory. As a result, we received feedback from customers saying, "I am looking forward to this summer. An example where the temperature under the roof was 51°C in the unconstructed area, and a difference of 22°C was achieved in the constructed area, which was 29°C.

We would like to introduce an example of heat mitigation improvements for the factory warehouse roof and west wall. "There was a challenge of heat accumulating inside the building during the summer, making it uncomfortable for workers, and we wanted to implement heat mitigation measures." To address this, we installed high-performance aluminum heat-shielding sheets on the roof and walls with the image of making the entire building extremely shaded, preventing solar radiation heat from entering the interior. As a result, the temperature under the roof in the untreated area was 51°C, while in the treated area it was 29°C, achieving a difference of 22°C. [Case Study] ■ Challenge: Heat accumulates inside the building during the summer, making it uncomfortable for workers (wanting to implement heat mitigation measures) ■ Solution: Installed high-performance aluminum heat-shielding sheets on the roof and walls to prevent solar radiation heat from entering the interior (with the image of making the entire building extremely shaded) *If the roof is high, it may be difficult to feel the effects of heat shielding by only applying it under the roof. Case study of heat countermeasures and energy saving achieved in a painting drying furnace (using city gas) - Surface radiation temperature decreased by 100°C!

We will introduce improvements in heat countermeasures and energy-saving examples for paint drying ovens. "There is a problem where the indoor temperature in summer is hot, and we want to implement heat countermeasures. We also want to save on fuel." This was the challenge we faced. As a solution, we applied high-temperature heat-insulating sheets to the paint drying oven. (The installation was carried out by the customer.) As a result, the surface radiation temperature of the oven was reduced from 130°C to 30°C, achieving a decrease of 100°C. By reducing the radiant heat loss from the oven surface, fuel savings were also achieved. Furthermore, the internal temperature of the oven increased by 20°C during winter, leading to improved productivity! We would like to introduce improvements in heat management and energy-saving examples for food baking furnaces. "There was a challenge to improve the hot working environment during the summer and to reduce fuel consumption." In response, we applied high-temperature thermal insulation sheets to the food baking furnace. As a result, the surface radiation temperature of the furnace was reduced from 120°C to 40°C, achieving a decrease of 80°C. This reduction in radiant heat loss from the furnace surface also led to energy savings in fuel consumption. [Use Case] Protection of Surrounding Equipment from High-Temperature Objects <Heat Insulation>

It has been demonstrated that it can prevent radiant heat and protect control devices with a heat resistance of 45°C!

During the handling of large iron products at 600℃, there was a challenge of nearby equipment failing due to the radiant heat, and the need to protect the equipment from this radiant heat. As a solution, a heat shield sheet was applied 2 meters away from the 600℃ iron products. As a result, it was demonstrated that a high-performance heat shield sheet rated for 90℃ could prevent radiant heat from the large iron products at 600℃, thereby protecting control devices rated for 45℃.
