What is thermoplastic injection molding of plastics?

Dissolve ⇒ Flow ⇒ Cool ⇒ Solidify! The quality of the mold accounts for 80% of product quality, a concentration of know-how!

Thermoplastic injection molding involves important elements such as "heat," which includes melting and cooling the material; "force," which refers to the speed and pressure of injecting the molten material into the mold; and "time," which encompasses the cooling time and productivity (output per hour). The mold is a tool that can produce good products when appropriate molding conditions are applied for manufacturing that product. In injection molding, the mold must have high machining accuracy and be able to easily reflect the molding conditions. [Important Elements of Injection Molding] ■ Heat: Melting and cooling the material (solidifying in the mold) ■ Force: Speed and pressure of injecting the molten material into the mold ■ Time: Cooling time, productivity (output per hour) *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Blow Rotational Molding

High-speed production of lightweight and inexpensive containers is possible! It also accommodates small lots and a variety of products.

We would like to introduce the manufacturing method called "blow molding (hollow molding)," which is used to create hollow products such as PET bottles. In this process, heated thermoplastic resin is sandwiched between mold halves, and compressed air is injected into it to inflate and shape it. The resin adheres to the inner surface of the mold, and after cooling and solidifying, the product is removed. Additionally, for customers facing challenges such as size constraints and high mold costs that make blow molding difficult, we propose hollow molding using "rotational molding." 【Features】 ■ Blow Molding - High-speed production of lightweight and inexpensive containers ■ Rotational Molding - Capable of producing stable quality shapes *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

Cost reduction for small lot production using blow molding! *Technical materials available.

Compared to injection molding, it is possible to perform small lot molding at a low cost. We are currently offering free technical materials that explain the differences and suitability between injection molding and blow molding!

In blow molding, shaping is performed by introducing air into the mold and inflating it. Therefore, materials such as aluminum alloys and ZAS that can withstand air pressure and clamping pressure are used for the molds. Compared to injection molding, the cost of molds is lower, which reduces initial costs, making blow molding more valuable for smaller production runs. We are currently distributing a technical booklet that explains the representative molding methods, "injection molding" and "blow molding." The booklet includes an overview of each molding method, points to note, a "comparison chart" useful for ordering and process consideration, and molding case studies with photos, providing a resource that allows for efficient understanding of the overall picture in a short amount of time. 【Features and Benefits of this Material】 ■ Molding case studies of similar parts are included with photos, making it easy to compare features. ■ The "comparison chart" quickly conveys the suitability and cost aspects of each molding method. ■ Potential troubles that may arise with each molding method can be identified in advance. *For more details, please refer to the catalog. High rigidity and confidentiality plastic molding technology! What is rotational molding?

Proven results in urea water tanks for diesel engine vehicles! Rotational molding technology that enables the addition of functionalities such as shock resistance, airtightness, and uniformity to complex shapes.

Takagi Seiko's "rotational molding" is a processing method that involves pouring resin powder into a hollow mold and heating and cooling it while rotating the mold, resulting in the melted resin uniformly laminating the inner surface of the mold. Molding is possible with molds that fit inside a hemisphere with a diameter of 2 meters, making it a suitable molding technology for low-cost, small-scale production of complex-shaped parts and thin-walled hollow products. 【Features】 - Compatible with small to large, hollow and box-shaped molded products - Molding is possible with molds that fit inside a hemisphere with a diameter of 2 meters - Achieves products with uniform wall thickness even for complex shapes - Excellent impact resistance, rigidity, airtightness, chemical resistance, and weather resistance - Capable of producing different products with a single molding machine (suitable for small-batch production of various types) - Reduces mold costs and minimizes raw material waste This molding method is a must-see for companies looking to mold complex shapes such as urea water tanks, air supply ducts, and bus fuel tanks. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
