A robot resembling a tatami mat slides under a vehicle, repeatedly separating and merging while transporting the vehicle. In addition to the previous vertical and lateral turning capabilities, this new model now includes functions for horizontal movement and rotation. The old product had a drive unit only in the front robot, but the new product features drive units in both the front and rear robots, enabling powerful transportation and movement. It can now handle inclines of up to 8% (4.5°). Since there is no need to rev the engine, exhaust fumes will not fill the indoor space, making it ideal for inspection processes within automobile factories and for transporting vehicles to outdoor finished vehicle yards. Additionally, it can be operated remotely with just one unit, making it perfect for changing display vehicles at car dealerships, moving broken down cars, illegally parked vehicles, and abandoned cars. You can easily transport heavy objects weighing up to 3 tons, including the cart, with a remote control-like feel.

Shenzhen Shanyi Technologies, a venture from Shenzhen, China, has developed and achieved mass production of a robot for transporting automobiles. The robot, resembling a tatami mat, slides under the vehicle and repeatedly separates and combines while transporting it. It can move vertically, turn left and right, as well as move sideways (like a crab) and rotate in place. It can handle inclines of up to 10% (5.6°). Originally developed for transporting cars with four wheels, this robot can also be adapted to transport heavy objects weighing around 2500 kg with a cart that has at least four tires the size of a light vehicle, depending on the weight of the cart. This allows for the liberation from the labor of pushing heavy loads. It is ideal for transporting manufacturing equipment and metal parts weighing over 1000 kg both inside and outside factories. We are the exclusive distributor in Japan. We also provide repair and maintenance services, and demonstrations and experiments can be conducted at our parking lot in Tsuzuki Ward, Yokohama City.

This is a valet parking robot (vehicle transport robot) from the Shenzhen-based venture, Shanyi Technologies, in China. The attached video shows it powerfully transporting vehicles up a slope with a gradient of 9.8% and an angle of 5.6°. The vehicle used is the BYD Denza N9 PHEV, which weighs approximately 3.2 tons. It can move forward and backward, turn left and right, and also move sideways while maintaining its posture, as well as rotate in place, serving as a turntable. Since it is electric rather than hydraulic, there is no concern about oil leaks. It allows for quiet vehicle transport without exhaust fumes, so there is no risk of exhaust fumes filling indoor spaces. It can be used for 4 hours with a rapid charge of 1 hour (2 hours for vehicle transport and 2 hours to return to the starting point in an empty state). It is suitable for use on concrete and asphalt, but not on soil, grass, or gravel paths. It employs LiDAR for obstacle detection in all directions. When a person or obstacle approaches, it first slows down and then stops. If there are weeds growing in cracks on concrete or asphalt, it detects this and stops the vehicle transport, so weeding will be necessary in such cases.
