The "Physical AI Implementation and Verification Trend Report 2026" by Lister Inc. is a report that conducts a cross-analysis of 595 implementation and verification cases, not limited to explicitly stated physical AI projects, but also including broadly defined robotics and automation such as industrial robots, AMRs, AGVs, serving and cleaning robots. The report organizes the data from the perspectives of industry, implementation environment, target operations, robot types, core technologies, and stages of implementation, visualizing the differences between areas where actual operations are progressing and areas where proof of concepts (PoCs) are ongoing. Among the recorded cases, there are 308 instances at the operational stage that combine full-scale implementation across multiple locations, while only 35 cases are limited to multiple locations and full-scale implementation, highlighting the challenges of horizontal deployment.
