Now, by dividing the amount of work for each product by time, we can accurately grasp capacity and staff skills by quantifying productivity. At the time of implementation, there were concerns about whether workers would accept the new system, but it was smoothly adopted with simple operations, just pressing a button on a smartphone. Additionally, equipment such as smartphones and stands could be rented, making the implementation easy. One area for improvement was that the explanatory materials for workers were too detailed, necessitating a simpler summary within the company. The introduction of "Jobtan" has made the productivity and skills of workers visible, which has also contributed to increased motivation, such as reflecting in the hourly wages of part-time employees. In the future, there are expectations for the addition of a bulk correction function for incorrect inputs and an automatic switching function for specific work areas.
